Welding settings

Setting values:

Dynamic: 0 – 100 | Factory setting = 20
Welding current: TP 150 = 10 – 150 A / TP 180 = 10 – 180 A (STICK), 10 – 220 A (TIG)
SoftStart / HotStart function: 30 – 200 % | Factory setting = 130 %
Pulse welding: OFF / 0.5 – 990 Hz | Factory setting = OFF

Available welding processes:

MMA welding
MMA welding with Cel electrode
TIG welding

Changing welding parameters

Turn and press the adjusting dial to select and change parameters.

Parameters for MMA welding

Starting current duration: 0.1 – 1.5 seconds | 0.5 seconds
Anti-stick: On / OFF
Start ramp: On / OFF
Break voltage: 25 – 90 V | 45 V

Software version
Automatic switch-off: 5 – 60 minutes / OFF
Fuse: 230 V = 10 A, 13 A, 16 A / 120 V = 15 A, 16 A, 20 A*

Parameters for TIG welding

Operating mode: OFF / 2-step / 4-step
Starting current: 1 – 200 % | 50 %
Reduced current: 1 – 200 % | 50 %
Final current: 1 – 100 % | 50%
Gas post-flow time: 0.2 – 25 seconds
Comfort Stop sensitivity: TP150 = OFF / 0.6 – 3.5 V | 1.5 V TP180 = OFF / 0.6 – 3.5 V | 1.5 V
Break voltage: 10 – 45 V | 35 V
Tacking function: OFF* / 0.1 – 5.0 seconds
