SAFETY INFORMATION
- Misuse of miter saws involves risk of injury and/or death. Red House Tools is not responsible for the misuse or improper installation of the EZ-Wings system.
- Never use EZ-Wings as a replacement for proper etiquete when operating your saw.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Red House Tools warrants to the original retail purchaser of the EZ-Wings system accompanying this manual that the system will be free from defects in material and workmanship for FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to defects arising from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear-and-tear, unauthorized repair or alteration, or lack of maintenance.
Please contact Red House Tools to take advantage of this warranty. If Red House Tools determines the system is defective in material or workmanship, and not due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear-and-tear, unauthorized repair or alteration, or lack of maintenance, then Red House Tools will, at its expense and upon proof of purchase, send replacement parts to the original retail purchaser necessary to cure the defect. Alternatively, Red House Tools will repair the system provided it is returned to Red House Tools, shipping prepaid, within the warranty period. This warranty is void if the fence system is modified without the prior permission of Red House Tools, LLC, or if the fence system is located or has been used outside of the country where the authorized Red House Tools distributor from whom the fence system was purchased resides.
Red House Tools disclaims any and all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Red House Tools shall not be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or incidental, consequential, contingent or special damages arising from the use of the fence system.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
