In order to reduce the injuries or damages, follow basic safety precautions applied when using any electrical device, including the following:

Read this instruction manual carefully, even if you are familiar with the appliance. Keep the manual for future reference.

Before connecting the device to power supply socket, make sure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the voltage in the power supply socket.

Product intended for household use only.

Do not insert any objects into the inlets and outlets.

Do not cover or block inlets and outlets when the hair dryer is operating.

Do not direct the airflow towards eyes, hands or other objects sensitive to heat.

Do not allow any part of the appliance touch any part of the body.

While drying, keep your hair away from the rear grill to prevent them from being sucked up.

Clean and store this appliance in accordance to instructions listed in “Cleaning” and “Storage” section.

ALWAYS turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains supply:
• if it’s not operating correctly,
• if there’s an uncommon voice when using,
• before disassembling the device,
• before cleaning,
• when not in use. -
When you disconnect the power cord of the appliance, grasp and pull
the plug, not the cord/cable. -
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.

This appliance may be used by children who are above 8 years old and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised and guided by a person who is responsible for their safety in a cautious manner, and all the safety precautions are understood and followed. Children should not play with this device. Children should not perform cleaning and servicing of the device unsupervised.

Keep the appliance and its cord/cable away from heat, water, moisture, sharp edges and any other factor which may damage the appliance or its cord.

Make sure the power cord does not touch any hot or sharp elements.

Do not wind the power cord around the appliance.

Do not use the product for purposes different from displayed in this operating manual.

Do not use the hair dryer near water contained in bathtubs, sinks or in other containers.

Do not place the appliance in water or any liquid; nor handle/ use it with wet or moist hands.

WARNING! When the hair dryer is used in bathroom unplug is after use or during breaks since the proximity of water presents a risk, even when the appliance is switched off.

Do not leave the appliance unattended when it’s working.

If the appliance overheats, it switches off automatically. Unplug it from power mains socket and let it cool down for a few minutes. Before you switch the appliance on again check the inlets and outlets to make sure they are not blocked by fluff, hair etc.

Producer of this product is not responsible for damages caused by inappropriate handling and using of the appliance.

ALWAYS disconnect the product from the mains supply when it is not in use.

DO NOT use this appliance if the cord or the plug is damaged, or the appliance is broken.

Do not attempt to repair this appliance yourself. Only authorized and qualified personnel may repair this appliance. Never disassemble this appliance.

Do not use unauthorized accessories.

For additional protection the installation of a residual current device with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask an electrician for advice.
OPERATION
-
Connect the plug to a power supply socket.
-
According to your needs attach one of the accessories on to the hairdryer.
Important! During operation, the accessories may become hot! Allow them to cool down before detaching. -
If you don’t want to use any of the accessories, just pull it off the hairdryer.

Adjust the heat and speed settings by switching the switch to the desired position (see the table below).
Note for TSA0511-12: Heat and speed settings can be combined according to your needs.
5. After you have finished drying your hair, switch the appliance off by
switching speed switch to the O position, then unplug it from power mains
socket.
6. After use, let the hair dryer cool down before you store it.
COOL SHOT
Cool shot function can be used after drying your hair to set your style. To activate cool shot function press and keep holding the Cool shot button for the time you want this function to operate. The function will be deactivated when you release the button.
ACCESSORIES
Concentrator
It concentrates the airflow allowing for precise drying single sections of
hair.
It is also very helpful in styling and straightening hair.
- To use the concentrator press it on to the hair dryer until you hear an audible click.
- Set the heat and speed to a higher setting.
- Important! Always make sure the concentrator does not touch the hair while drying!
Diffuser
This accessory is used to add volume to hair, enhance curls or create a
natural wavy look.
- To use the diffuser press it on to the hair dryer until you hear an audible click.
- Important! Always make sure the heat and speed settings are in the lowest position!
ION FUNCTION
The hair dryers are equipped with ion function. Active ions are produced in the appliance and released with the airflow during drying at all heat and speed settings. They hug every single hair and neutralize positive charge what as a result reduces frizz, provides shine, makes the hair softer, healthier and easier to brush.
CLEANING
- Before cleaning always make sure the device is turned off and disconnected from power mains socket.
- Before cleaning always make sure the appliance and its accessories have cooled down.
- Clean the body of the hair dryer with a soft and slightly damp cloth. Do not use any abrasives or chemical agents to clean the appliance.
- Turn the rear grill anti-clockwise and remove it (TSA0511-12). Grasp the rear grill and pull it out (TSA0513). Clean the rear grill by brushing out any dirt and fluff. Reattach it to the hair dryer and turn it clockwise until it locks in place (TSA0511-12). Reattach the rear grill to the hair dryer until it locks in place (TSA0513).
- Non of the accessories is suitable to be washed in a dishwasher.
STORAGE
- Before storing make sure the appliance has completely cooled down.
- Before storing, make sure the appliance is clean and dry.
- Store the appliance in a cool and dry area.
- Make sure that while storing the power cord is not winded around the appliance.
- Use a hanging loop to store the device in a hanging position.
