User Guide
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
All SSV Works enclosures are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against
defects in material or workmanship. All SSV Works Electronics are covered by a
limited 1-year arranty against defects in material or workmanship. Labor for
the replacement of defective components is not covered. All SSV Works Speakers
are covered by a limited 1-lifetime warranty against defects in material or
workmanship: Contact SSV Works for further warranty information.
SAFETY INFORMATION:
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the MRB2R yourself. Please call SSV
Works for technical assistance or repair information. Changes or modifications
to the MRB2R not authorized by SSV Works will void the warranty.
SSV Works recommends disconnecting the negative battery terminal before
beginning any installation.
MRB2R WIRING DIAGRAM
BUTTON LOCATIONS AND FUNCTIONS
- Power On button/Power Off button/Volume knob.
- Mode Button
- Play/Pause button
- TrackBack button
- Track Forward button
GENERAL OPERATIONS
Power On/Off button, Volume Knob
– Press-and-Hold the knob for 3-seconds to power the controller On /Off
-Turn the knob Right/ Left to adjust the volume level.
(Note: Unit will beep at maximum volume level)
Mode Button
– Press to toggle between Bluetooth and Aux-in sources ( Green backlight when
in Aux-In Source- Blue backlight when in Bluetooth Source)
Play /Pause button
– Press to play the track.
– While the track is playing, press again to pause.
TrackBack button
– Press to go back to the previous track.
Track Forward button
– Press to skip to the previous track.
BLUETOOTH AUDIO STREAMING
Bluetooth Pairing
– When the MRB2R is powered on, it blinks blue until a Bluetooth device Is
paired.
– Go to your digital media to tum Bluetooth on and then search for “SSV Works
MRB2A”. Once paired, the illuminated ring will change to solid blue.
Manual Bluetooth Pairing
– Press-and-Hold the mode button for 1O-seconds to force the unit to
disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.

INSTALLATION
DESIGNED TO WORK WITH STANDARD FULL-SIZED ROCKER SWITCH MOUNTING HOLE DIMENSIONS .830″ X 1.45″ (21.0SMM X 36.83MM)

Using supplied hardware, mount the MRB2R brain in a location near the dash of the vehicle. Be sure to mount away from any heat or moving objects.

Install the MRB2R controller in an unoccupied rocker switch opening. Start by passing the MRB2R controller cable through the rocker switch opening, then push the controller all the way down into the opening until fully seated.

Route the controller cable up to the MRB2R brain and connect.
NOTE: Make sure to align the arrows on the controller connector before beginning to thread the two connectors together. -
Finish the installation by connecting power and speaker wires to the MRB2R.
A. If using an SSV Works Plug-&-Play harness, simply connect and run your cables to the appropriate locations. *
B. If using the universal harness, follow the color codes as shown in the MRB2RWIRING DIAGRAM on page 2.
