Product Usage Instructions

MAVERICK R DASH SPEAKER PANEL INSTALLATION
Before starting the installation, ensure you have the necessary parts listed in the manual.

Tools Needed:

• T30 Torx Driver
• Phillips Screw Driver
• Pry Tool

Follow the steps provided in the manual to disassemble the dashboard and install the speaker panels.

AMPLIFIER TURN-ON DELAY MODULE SETUP
Properly connect the amplifier turn-on delay module to ensure optimal performance.

Steps:

1. Connect power and ground wires to the factory bus bar.
2. Secure the module using zip ties.
3. Route the output wire towards the steering column.

MAVERICK R AMPLIFIER KIT INSTALLATION
Mount the amplifiers to the bracket for easy installation.

Tools Needed:

• 5mm Allen Wrench

Follow the steps outlined in the manual to install the amplifier kit on the driver side chassis frame.

MAVERICK R UNDER SEAT SUBWOOFER INSTALLATION
Install the subwoofer enclosure under either the driver or passenger seat.

Tools Needed:

• 10mm, 13mm & 18mm Socket Wrench

MAVERICK R DASHBOARD DISASSEMBLY

TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION

T30 Torx Driver

Phillips Screw Driver

Pry Tool

• A. Use a plastic pry tool to remove the driver and passenger side front trims.
• B. Remove the front fuse box cover.
• C. Use a plastic pry tool to remove the left and right side center panel trims.
• D. Remove the left and right A pillar trims using a 3mm Allen wrench.
• E. Remove the left and right side dashboard panels.
• F. Remove u-nuts from the factory panels and install on the Mav R dash panels (F1).
• G. Remove the central dashboard.

AMPLIFIER TURN-ON DELAY

• A. Connect the amplifier turn-on delay module’s power and ground  wires to the factory bus bar. Secure the module to a harness using zip ties.
• B. Route the turn-on delay output wire towards the steering column.

MAVERICK R AMPLIFIER KIT INSTALLATION

TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION

• 5mm Allen Wrench

The amplifiers are tuned and mounted to the bracket at the factory for ease of installation.

• A. The amp bracket will mount next to the power steering motor on the driver side chassis frame holes circled above.
• B. Bolt on the amp bracket to the chassis frame using (x3) B-S1287 M6-1x45mm socket head screw and B-W1052 washers.

MAVERICK R UNDER SEAT SUBWOOFER INSTALLATION

The MAVR subwoofer enclosure can be mounted under either the driver or passenger seat.

TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION

10mm, 13mm & 18mm Socket Wrench

• A. The MAVR subwoofer enclosure can be mounted under either the driver or passenger side seat.
• B. If installing the subwoofer enclosure under the driver seat, use an 18mm socket wrench to remove the right shoulder seat belt retractor mechanism. Otherwise, skip to step D.
• C. Remove the (2) 13mm bolt and nut on the front seat rail.
• D. Slide the seat forward and remove the rear 18mm seat rail nuts.
• E. Carefully remove the seat.
• F. Apply the foam pad (included in the kit) to the flat portion of the bottom reinforcement tube.
• G. Mount the brackets on the Mav R subwoofer enclosure using (4) M6x12mm hex head bolts and washers.
• H. Slide the Mav R subwoofer enclosure under the front seat rail mounts and insert the brackets to the rear seat rail studs.
• I. Align the front screw holes and use (2) M6x16mm hex head bolts and washer to secure the enclosure.
• J. Installation shown is manual was done under the driver seat,installation under the passenger seat will have the same procedure.

MAVERICK R POWER AND SPEAKER WIRING

• A. Remove the battery cover behind the driver seat.
• B. Disconnect negative battery terminal.
• C. Remove the cup holder by gently pulling up.
• D. Remove the center console side panels.
• E. Remove the screw to remove the rest of the center console side panel. Do the same for the passenger side panels.
• F. Run the rear speaker and subwoofer cables along the passenger side of the center console. Use zip ties to tidy up the install.
• G. Plug in the subwoofer connector to the B-H2702 subwoofer extension cable.
• H. Route the power cables along the driver side center console from the battery location towards the driver side dash.
• I. Use zip ties to tidy up the install.
• J. Plug in the power connector of the amps to the power cable.
• K. Plug in the 8-pin speaker and 2-pin subwoofer input connectors of the amplifiers to the factory radio output wiring.
• L. Plug in the amplifier turn-on bullet connectors to the turn-on delay module output wire. See page 4 for reference.
• M. Plug in the amplifier’s front speaker output to the B-H1385 “Y” harness and the rear speaker outputs to the B-H1913, 4-pin audio extension harness.
  • M1. Plug in the amplifier’s subwoofer output to the B-H2702, 2-pin subwoofer extension cable.
• N. Remove the panel behind the passenger seat.
• O. Plug in the B-H2936 (rear speaker harness) to the B-H1913 (4-pin audio extension harness, 8 ft.).
• P. Split the B-H2936 rear speaker harness to the passenger and driver side along the rear firewall. Zip tie the cables to the factory harness and avoid hot or moving parts.
• Q. Run the driver and passenger side speaker harness through the plastic panel by the B-pillar.
• R. Install the fuse holder on the power wire no more than 18” away from the battery and install the fuse.
• S. Connect the power wire to the battery positive and negative posts.

MAVERICK R REAR CAGE POD INSTALLATION

The rear cage pods are loaded with 8” Kicker Horn Speakers at the factory for ease of installation.

• A. Find the best orientation for the speaker on your bar and screw in the Set Screws on the OPPOSITE holes of where the clamp will install into.
• B. Image above is the recommended speaker orientation when viewed from inside the vehicle.
• C. Mount the clamp base using (x2) M6-1X20mm flanged hex head screws. Do not completely tighten the bolts yet.
• D. Place both ring mounting clamps on the cage using the plastic bag to prevent scratching, place the cage mount pod in its final mounting location and
• E. Slide the (2) clamps onto the tube.
• F. Secure to the clamps using the two (2) M6 Allen socket head bolts and washers with a 5mm Allen key.
• G. Adjust the cage pod to point towards the headrest and tighten the clamp base bolts.
• I. Plug in the speaker pod audio connectors to the B-H2936 rear speaker Y harnesses.

MAVERICK R DASH PANEL ASSEMBLY

• A. Insert the speaker bucket grommets (included in the kit) to the front dashboard support holes encircled above.
  • A1. The speaker bucket grommet is designed to be inserted with the “UP” side on top for ease of the installation.
• B. Plug in audio connectors of B-H1385 to the driver and passenger side dash panel speakers.
• C. Mount the dash panels on the dashboard.
• C. Reverse the dashboard disassembly on pages 3 and 4.
• D. Reinstall the center console and other panels removed during installation.
• Completed dash panel installation.
• E. Reinstall the seats.
