User Guide
Device Onboarding Quickstart
When you receive your device, first follow the instructions before connecting
it to the ethernet cable.
This will ensure that the device is provisioned with the desired settings when
it finishes powering on.
Log into your account in the Identified Portal as an administrator or manager.

– Devices Tab
– Click “Add Device” -
The Add Device screen will appear, enter the serial number and the name you would like to assign to the device. Click “Save”.

Then go to the Station tab to add a station or assign the camera to an existing station.
The station will now appear in your station list with a device assigned to it.
You can now connect the device to the POE 48v (power over ethernet)
connection.
The device will power up and automatically connect to our service. Once ready
the LED on the front will smile in white
If the device cannot connect to the internet the smile will blink red.
Use the Identified mobile app to scan the QR Code on the back of the device.
Enter the required network configuration and the app will push the setup over
Bluetooth. Once connected the device will smile solid blue.

These cameras don’t store photos or other data. In fact, Identified doesn’t
store transactional data on its platform, and the Identified client doesn’t
store biometric data or fraudulent reports on its database—eliminating
concerns about data breaches and consumer privacy, and any related
liabilities.

FCC Caution : Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

uncontrolled environment and is safe for intended operation as described in
this manual. Further RF exposure reduction can be achieved if the product can
be kept as far as possible from the user body or set the device to lower
output power if such a function is available.
