Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard,
this product will, if used according to these instructions, and properly
maintained, give you years of trouble-free performance.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. NOTE THE SAFE
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, WARNINGS & CAUTIONS. USE THE PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND
WITH CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE

SAFETY
GENERAL SAFETY
- Ensure the penlight torch is fully charged before initial use.
- DO NOT charge in damp conditions.
- DO NOT turn the penlight torch on when it is being charged.
- DO NOT shine the penlight torch beam into yours, another persons or an animals eyes.
- DO NOT allow children to use the penlight torch.
- DO NOT handle or move the penlight torch while it is being charged.
- DO NOT use the penlight torch if you suspect that the battery or the penlight casing is damaged.
- DO NOT leave battery in a discharged state. Recharge the battery immediately.
- Before storage, fully recharge the battery.
- Recharge the battery at least every six months of non-use.
- Disconnect the USB-C cable after charging.
- DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify or service the battery.
- DO NOT crush, puncture or dispose of in fi re or water.
- Recycle or dispose of penlight torch as stipulated by local regulation.
- WARNING! Keep away from extreme temperatures especially heat.
LASER SAFETY
- WARNING! Children under six years old should not use this product without adult supervision.
- WARNING! DO NOT deliberately look or stare into the laser beam. Permanent eye damage could result.
- DO NOT shine the laser beam into another person or an animal’s eyes.
- WARNING! If the laser beam is obstructed by another person during use, switch off immediately.
- DO NOT point the laser beam at aircraft or a vehicle that is in motion.
- WARNING! Be aware that a reflected laser beam from mirrors or other shiny surfaces can be as hazardous as direct eye exposure.
- WARNING! The warnings, cautions and instructions in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors that cannot be built into this product but must be applied by the operator.
INTRODUCTION
Professional aluminum design that produces an ultraviolet light for fault finding with fluorescent dyes used in leak detection. 5W COB side floodlight producing 450 lumens. Also features a 3W SMD tail light and type 3R laser. Rechargeable 800mAh Li-ion battery with a type C charging cable. 120 degrees rotating metal clip with a strong magnet for easy hands-free use. Also includes a dimming switch.

OPERATION
CHARGING THE PENLIGHT TORCH
- Lift up and rotate the charging port cover (fi g 1) and insert the USB-C cable into the charging port (fi g 1).
- Insert the other end into either a USB wall charger, a car accessory charger or the USB port on a computer (non-supplied).
- While charging the battery power indicator flashes a green light (fi g 2). One fl ashing light indicates 0-20% charge.
- When all five indicator lights are illuminated the battery is fully charged.
- When the penlight torch is fully charged disconnect from the charging source. DO NOT leave the penlight torch on charge for long
ON/OFF SWITCH
NOTE: The ON/OFF switch acts as a multifunctional switch to control light
selection.
- Press the ON/OFF button and the bottom spotlight will illuminate (fi g 2).
- Press the ON/OFF button a second time and the front fl oodlight will illuminate (fi g 2).
- Press the ON/OFF button a third time and the top UV light will switch on (fi g 2).
- Press the ON/OFF button again and the penlight torch will turn off (fi g 2).
DIMMER CONTROL
NOTE: The dimmer function will only operate in the spotlight or floodlight
mode.
- In the desired mode press and hold the ON/OFF button to dim or brighten the light setting (fig 2).
LASER BUTTON
- Double press the laser button to turn the laser light on (fig 2).
- Single press the laser button to turn off the laser light (fig 2).
- WARNING! Be aware of the orientation of the penlight torch when turning on the laser light. It is recommended that you point the laser light toward the ground when turning on.
MAGNETIC CLIP
- Attach the penlight torch to a metal surface in your desired position.
- The penlight torch can be rotated through 120º to suit (fig 3).
MAINTENANCE
- After each use recharges the penlight torch.
- After charging or usage removes all cables or connections.
- Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the penlight torch after use.
- DO NOT use solvents.
- When not in use store the penlight torch in it’s original packaging in a safe, clean, dry childproof location.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools,
accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and
disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the
product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any
fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and
fluids according to local regulations.
BATTERY REMOVAL
Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Jack Sealey Ltd
are required to inform potential purchasers of products containing batteries
(as defined within these regulations), that they are registered with Valpak’s
registered compliance scheme. Jack Sealey Ltd’s Batteries Producer
Registration Number (BPRN) is BPRN00705.

Warranty: Guarantee is 12 months from purchase date, proof of which is
