Using aptX technology, full- resolution Bluetooth Cable produces astounding detail, clarity, and a dynamic soundscape that must be heard to be fully appreciated. The Westone Bluetooth Cable has a battery life of 8 hours, a 10-meter/32-foot range, an IPX-4 rating for water and dust resistance, and our proprietary MMCX Audio connectors, which enable usage with any custom-fit or universal-fit earphone.

HOW TO PAIR EARBUDS TOGETHER
- The earbuds should be in pairing mode. Consult the instructions that came with the earphones if you’re unsure how to do it.
- Activate Bluetooth on your iOS or Android smartphone.
- Select Pair after locating your earbuds in the list of compatible devices.
HOW TO FIT BLUETOOTH EARBUDS
On each earbud, look for the “L” and “R” insignia. The right ear should get each ear tip. With your other hand, pull on your earlobe while you gently push the ear tip farther inside the ear canal. Adapt the IEMs as necessary.
HOW TO FIX
Take out the earphones from the case, then turn them off by pressing the buttons for a short period of time. Hold down the buttons on both earbuds for around 5 seconds starting with the earbuds in the OFF position. Approximately 5 seconds after turning white, the LEDs will switch off. Your earbuds will reset as a result.
HOW TO WEAR
Put the earbud tips in your ear canal and twist the headphones into position to wear them. To do this, gently pull up on the top of your ears. Making ensuring the headphones are positioned correctly and firmly in the ear canal is made simple by doing this.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t Bluetooth locate devices?
Go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile, & Bluetooth on Android devices. For iOS and iPadOS devices, you’ll need to unpair every device first, then restart your phone or tablet by going to Settings > Bluetooth, selecting the info icon, then selecting Forget This Device for each device.
Why won’t my earbuds link with one another?
If the battery in your headphones is low, they might not be able to pair. Additionally, I’ve discovered that certain Bluetooth headphones stay on when in the case, which causes them to deplete to zero percent more quickly than you would expect. Even if they claim to have some battery left, try plugging them in and giving them a thorough charge before pairing.
Why keep dropping out of my earbuds?
Your earbuds’ ability to stay put depends heavily on the type of material and form of the ear tips. If they are excessively large, they won’t properly fit inside your ears and may eventually damage them. Try silicone; it’s flexible and supple but not as rigid as rubber.
How do you gauge the size of the ear tip?
You can try carefully inserting your fingers, starting with the smallest, inside your ears. As soon as you achieve a sound seal and outside noise is muffled, move to the following finger on each hand. Next, try to match that finger’s size to one of the available ear tip sizes.
Why won’t my earbuds fit?
Depending on how closely an earbud rests, the hinges in your jaw that allow you to chew and speak occasionally cause earbuds to fall out. This is the most frequent cause, and fortunately, it is also the simplest to resolve. Because everyone’s ears are unique, a universal earbud could not be comfortable for some users.
Why does one of my earbuds only function?
Depending on the audio settings on your headset, it might only play in one ear. So, make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.
When only one pair of wireless earphones function, how can you fix them?
Restarting the headset is the first step to solving a Bluetooth earphones issue. If that still doesn’t fix the issue, try pairing and Bluetooth reset. If it doesn’t work, check the audio settings on your phone or computer. Otherwise, we believe your sound is the cause of the issue.
How can I link my phone to my earbuds?
Pull down the phone’s top shade on an Android device, then long-press the Bluetooth icon. It will immediately take you to the Bluetooth menu, where you may enable it and then start looking for devices. To link a pair of headphones, tap their name.
Why won’t my phone and Bluetooth headphones pair?
If your Bluetooth devices aren’t connecting, they probably aren’t in pairing mode or are out of range. Try rebooting your devices or letting your phone or tablet “forget” the connection if you’re experiencing persistent Bluetooth connection issues.
Why won’t my earbuds function with my phone?
Tap Connected devices > Connection options > Bluetooth after opening Settings. Unpair any Bluetooth audio devices that are already paired with your phone or turn the Bluetooth switch to Off. To test whether your headphones are functional, plug them into the audio jack and play something.
