Product Usage Instructions

Safety

  • DO NOT overload ramp, maximum capacity 680kg. All loads must be evenly distributed.
  • Always use the safety strap to securely fasten the ramp to the vehicle to prevent slipping.
  • Carefully roll or winch equipment up or down the ramp. Never drive or ride equipment while loading or unloading.
  • Make sure the ramp is aligned with the wheels of the equipment being loaded or unloaded.
  • Always load or unload on a solid, level, well-lit, and stable surface with the vehicle in gear, parking/emergency brake on, and engine off.
  • Wear gloves, remove loose clothing and jewellery, and contain long hair.
  • Maintain correct balance and footing, do not overreach, and ensure non-slip footwear.
  • Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
  • Use as a loading ramp only.
  • The ramp surface must be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and water.
  • Inspect the ramp before each use, check fasteners for tightness, and replace worn or damaged parts.
  • DO NOT attempt to use a damaged ramp or modify it in any way.
  • Proper care and maintenance of the ramp are critical to safety.
  • Improper use may result in personal or property damage not covered by the warranty.

Introduction

  1. Make sure that loading is carried out on a hard, level, and stable surface with the vehicle in gear, parking/emergency brake on, and engine switched off.
  2. Unfold and place the edge of the ramp against the tailgate of the vehicle.
  3. Secure the ramp to the vehicle being loaded using the safety chains. Test the ramp by pulling backwards on it to ensure it does not slide back or disengage.
  4. Once secure, move the vehicle to be loaded behind the ramp.
  5. Load the vehicle ensuring the ramp can sustain the weight without bowing.
  6. Continue loading until the vehicle is fully loaded. Secure and tie down the load.
  7. Unhook the safety chain and fold the ramp for storage in a clean, dry, and childproof environment.

OPERATION

  • Made sure that loading was carried out on a hard, level and stable surface with the vehicle in gear, the parking/emergency brake on and the engine switched off.
  • Unfold and place the edge of the ramp against the tailgate of the vehicle.

  • Once the ramp is secure and the area is safe to proceed with loading, move the vehicle to be loaded behind the ramp.
  • Load the vehicle, and make sure that the ramp is sustaining the load and not bowing from the weight.
  • Continue until the vehicle is fully loaded. Secure and then tie down the load.
  • Unhook the safety chain and fold the ramp.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
