WHAT’S INCLUDED
| 1 x 201-217-32 – Gauge and mounting bracket

| 1 x 101-SK – Air line installation kit
SENSOR CONFIGURATION
The gauge should be set to detect 2 Spring Sensors. See Spring Suspension Gauge manual for more information on how to set the sensor configuration.
APPLICATIONS
Straight Truck: Dual Spring Steer and Dual HCV Air Drive Axle Groups
Sensor Location:
The strain sensors should be located on the top, center of each steer axle
with sensor “A” being the front axle. See 221-SK manual for more information
on how to install the sensors. The air sensors should be connected directly to
an air bag on each side of the drive axle group.
See 201-SK and 101-SK installation manuals for more information on how to
install the air line connections.
Mode:
Set the gauge to Spring Average Air Average (SA AA) mode – separates weight
into front axle group (steer) and back axle group (drive). See Air/Spring
Suspension Gauge manual for information on how to set the mode.
Dual Spring Steer, Air Lift Axle, and Air Drive Axle Groups
Sensor Location:
The strain sensors should be located on the top, center of each steer axle
with sensor “A” being the front axle. See 221-SK manual for more information
on how to install the sensor. Air sensor A should be connected directly to an
air bag on the lift axle and air sensor B should be connected directly to an
air bag on the drive axle group. See 201-SK and 101-SK installation manuals
for more information on how to install the air line connections.
Mode:
Set the gauge to Spring Average, Air Independent (SA Ai) mode – separates
weight into front axle group(steer), and two independent air axle groups (lift
axle and drive axle groups). See Air/Spring Suspension Gauge manual for
information on how to set the mode.
