Product Usage Instructions

Powering On/Off the Waistband Amplifier

To power on the amplifier, ensure the batteries are inserted correctly and press the power button. To power off, press and hold the power button until the device shuts down.

Connecting External Devices

You can connect external devices such as MP3 players or smartphones using the AUX IN (3.5mm Jack) port. Simply plug in the cable from your device to the amplifier.

Press this key to record. On the opening or playing status press this key once, it goes into the ready state, and you can press the “USB/ SD” key to select the store equipment for the record. Press the “REC” again. After the mark—-“REC” flickers about 3/4 times, it begins to record. After you finish your record, press to stop this record. The record file will be automatically stored in the “RECORD” folder in the selected store equipment. During the process of recording, you can’t take other operations During the process of recording, if the screen displays “ERR” it means the record goes wrong. Please press the to stop the record.

INTRODUCTION

With this system, there’s no bulky microphone to hold, your hands are free to carry on your activities, wear this high-performance, hi-fi amplifier on your waist, and the tiny ultra-sensitive mike on your head to boost your voice at a presentation, party, school event, performance ballpark, or even in your own back yard. This high-quality equipment delivers a clear amplification of your voice up to 70m indoors or outdoors and at a price that’s half what you’d normally spend. Enjoy your system and please carefully read this manual before operation.

INSTRUCTION

  1. Open the battery cover, and install batteries as polarity indications inside of the battery container, LR6 alkaline ZN-MN or R6Pu ultrahigh power dry batteries or 1300-2800mAH(HR15/51) Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended. The same type and standard battery can be used only.
    Note : Never mix dry battery with rechargeable battery, never charge dry battery. Otherwise, these will cause some heavy damage, such as electric shock, explosion, fire etc.

  2. Connect the microphone to the MIC IN of the unit and wear the system on your waist to start your performance.

  3. Place the microphone at the corner of your mouth, and no farther than 13mm (1/2 inch), that be sure your beautiful voice or even each important word can be heard clearly.

  4. Insert a USB or SD card, use the MP3 function to play background music to embellish the atmosphere, or use the MP3 REC function to record everything you want and store them to USB or SD memory equipment you desire, and then play the when you need. This will make your work or life more relaxed.

  5. If your system is without MP3, then the AUX input terminal allows public address announcements to be made while BGM is being played.

  6. No matter the unit with or without MP3 function, it is equipped with an intelligent charge function, use the rechargeable battery will save much money for you. During charge, if the RED recharge LED is extinguished means the charge is finished, please disconnect the adaptor.

  7. All WAP-10 series systems are equipped with overcharge protection, there is no need to worry about the damage of the battery because of overcharge. However, to save energy or unnecessary loss, please disconnect the adaptor after the finished charge.

DESCRIPTION

VOL / OFF

Use this knob to power on/ off the whole system and control the whole system’s volume

POWER LED

If the unit is switched on/off, this LED turns on/off. It flashes when it lacks of power and turns off until runs out of power.

MIC IN

Connect the microphone to the unit through the MIC IN to input the signal.

PHONE(WAP-10R)

It’s the signal output. You can insert your earphones to listen to the music.
AUX IN(WAP-10)
AUX input terminal allows public address announcements to be made while BGM is being played.
DC IN

With the rechargeable batteries put inside, plug system supplied adaptor into the DC IN to charge the batteries, and the adaptor is also can be used as the power supply.

Note: Please stop operating during charge, otherwise, it may shorten the battery’s life.

RECHARGE LED

If the unit is connected to the adaptor, it begins to charge, and this recharge LED turns on. This LED darkles gradually before fully charged and turns off until fully charged.

SD CARD PORT

For inserting SD CARD memory equipment.

USB PORT

For inserting USB memory equipment.

MP3 CONTROL KEYS

Via these keys, you can activate the desired functions described below.

MP3 LCD DISPLAY

All the MP3 pieces of information are monitored through this sexy, magic, blue-lighted display. No operation for about 3 seconds, the LCD will be off, then press any key once the LCD turns blue again and then you can take any operation.

USB/SD-MP3 player section

The file system of USB/SD memory for the USB/SD-MP3 player is FAT16 and FAT32. The player can only decode MP3.

POWER ON/ PLAY/ PAUSE

Press this key and hold on for about 2-3 seconds to turn on/off the MP3 unit and the screen lights blue/goes off. After the MP3 is powered, press it once again the MP3 begins to play. Note: The USB equipment is prior to SD card. In the playing state, press once to pause. If there is no operation for about 3 seconds, the light will be off. Then press any key once the display screen lights blue again and then you can take any operation.

PRE
In the playing or pause state, press this key to select the previous file. It still keeps the playing or pause state. Press this key and hold on to select the previous folder.
NEXT
In the playing or pause state, press this key to select the next file. It still keeps the playing or pause state. Press this key and hold on to select the next folder:

VOL
In the opening status, press this key to turn down the volume.
VOL+
In the opening status, press this key to turn up the volume.
SD/USB
Press this key to select and switch the playable store equipment.
REPEAT MODE
In the opening or playing state, press this key and select the four circling modes in order:
Play in order. ——The player plays the files one by one in order. There is no icon displayed on the screen.
Repeat 1. —-The player repeats the single file you select. The mark on the screen is .
Repeat ALL —-The player repeats all the files in the store equipment. The mark on the screen is .
Random play —The player plays the files at random. The mark on the screen is “REP”
