The EX-01 is a device designed to extend the signal range of peripheral devices to the Sinum central device by transmitting signals via WiFi.

Registration: Register a device in the Sinum central device.

Notes:
Dispose of the product at designated collection points for recycling. Do not dispose of it in household waste containers.

How to register the device in the sinum system

Enter the Sinum central device address in the browser and log in to the device. Go to the main panel and click the following tabs: Settings > Devices

System modules > +. Next, click Registration in the device menu. If the registration process has been completed successfully, an appropriate message will appear on the screen. Additionally, the user has the option of giving the device a name.

WARNING!
To be able to register EX-01 in the Sinum central device, both devices must be connected to the same WiFi network.

Registration – enables to register a device in the Sinum central device.
Network Wi-Fi selection – a list of available networks. Confirm by pressing the MENU button. If the network is secured, it is necessary to enter the password – use the buttons + / – to enter the password characters. Complete the procedure by pressing Back.
Network configuration – normally, the network is configured automatically. To conduct it manually set the following parameters: DHCP, IP address, Subnet mask, Gate address, DNS address and MAC address. It is also possible to disconnect the device from the network.
Screen settings – the user may adjust such parameters as screen view, contrast, brightness and screen blanking.
Protections – device PIN lock setting.
Language version – it is possible to change the language version of the device menu.
Factory settings – restoring factory settings. It concerns the parameters from the controller main menu (it does not concern the service menu parameters).
Service menu – this option is secured with a code. The parameters available here are intended to be configured by qualified persons.
Software version – this option enables the user to view the controller software version.
