Note:
- Make sure that the Top Cover of the dust shoe is secured tightly with screws from step 1. Also, make sure that all magnets are firmly holding the dust shoe together without any obstructions
- Make sure that the vacuum cleaner tube is inserted tightly before engraving so that it can better collect the dust.
- The length of the vacuum cleaner tube should be long enough so that it will not affect the movement of the spindle or make the dust shoe loose from the spindle.
Assembly Guide
STEP 1: Install the Top Cover (gasket is required for mounting on 65mm
router)
Put the top cover together with the gasket into the router, adjust it to the
position as shown, and tighten the M4x25 alien screw.
STEP 2: Install the Bottom Cover
Align the bottom cover with the top cover (3 tabs must be aligned) and the
magnet will attach the bottom cover to the top cover.
STEP 3: Install the Vacuum Cleaner Tube
Insert the vacuum cleaner tube with 32mm outer diameter into the tube
connection of the dust shoe top cover.
Mounting on a 69mm Router
If you are using a 69mm router, you will need to remove the gasket and then install the dust shoe according to step 1, step 2, and step 3.
