Unboxing

1. (3) Aluminum & MDF Hybrid Slat

2. (2) Wide MDF Slat

3. (2) Narrow MDF Slat

4. Allen Wrench 2mm, 3mm, 4mm

5. (9) M5x16 Hex Socket Cap Screw (5) M5Χ25 Hex Socket Cap Screw

6. (19) M3Χ18 Flat Head Cap Screw

Dimension

Remove the Original Platforms

1. Remove the screws from the original platform, as shown.
   

2. Remove original MDF boards
   

Install the Hybrid Slat

1. Place the aluminum & MDF hybrid slats on the profile frame as shown below, align the hybrid slat over-holes with the corresponding screw holes.
   

2. Secure the slats with (8) M5x16 hex socket cap screws.
   Tip: To avoid affecting the installation of the following slats, please make sure that the screw holes are correctly aligned.
   

Step 2: Install Narrow MDF Slats

1. Place the narrow MDF slats as shown below, then align the narrow MDF slat over-holes with the corresponding screw holes.
2. Secure the slats with (4) M5 x 25 hex socket cap screws.
   

Step 3: Install Wide MDF Slats

1. Place the wide MDF slats into aluminum & MDF hybrid slat recesses as shown below, then align the wide MDF slat over-holes with the corresponding screw holes.
   Tip: Surface with counterbore facing up.

2.  Secure the slats with (19) M3x18 flat head cap screws.
   

Cautionary Note

In the assembly process, if you find that there are screws that can not be locked into, you should first loosen all the fixed screws on the extended aluminum table (counterclockwise rotation of 2-3 turns), to re-adjust the position between the aluminum & MDF hybrid slats and the MDF slats to make the screw can be locked in.
