Overview
The DL-7202 is a portable 4G LTE mobile Wi-Fi device that allows users to connect to the internet on-the-go. It features an LCD display, power button, WPS button, microSD slot, Nano SIM slot, reset button, and a USB Type-C port for charging and connectivity.

Hardware Installation

1. Insert SIM card and battery:
2. Open the battery cover upwards.
3. Remove the battery.
4. Slide the Nano SIM card (gold contacts facing down) under the SIM card slot.
5. Slide the microSD card into its slot.
6. Insert the battery into the battery compartment.
7. Put the battery cover back into position.
8. Charge the battery:

If the unit has not been used for a long time or the battery is completely depleted, charge the battery using the provided USB cable connected to the DL-7202’s USB Type-C port.

Power On the device:
Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until the device powers on.

Web-based Configuration

1. Connecting to the device:
   • With Wi-Fi connection:
   • Search for the available wireless network using your Wi-Fi application.
   • Select the SSID of your device (default SSID: Prolink_xxxx) and enter the default password: prolink12345.
   • With USB connection:
   • Connect the device with a USB cable into a Computer USB port for automatic NDIS driver installation.
2. Open a browser and enter http://192.168.1.1 or http://m.home. Use default Username: admin and Password: password to login.
3. Click Wi-Fi Settings to change default SSID and password.
4. Configure APN settings if needed by accessing Network Settings and entering the correct APN information based on the provided booklet or contacting the telco.
5. Enable Roaming for overseas travel by switching off connection under Connect Status and clicking Network Settings.

Hardware Installation

Insert SIM card and battery

1. Open the battery cover upwards.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Slide the Nano SIM card (gold contacts facing down) under the SIM card slot.
4. Slide the microSD card into its slot.
5. Insert the battery (with its exposed copper contacts first) into the battery compartment.
6. Put the battery cover back to its original position.

Note

1. Always switch off the device and disconnect the charger before removing the battery.
2. Open the card slot gently.

Charge the battery
If the unit has not been used for a long time or the battery is completely depleted, the unit may not power up immediately after the charger is plugged in. Please charge the battery for a period of time before trying to turn it on.

Note

1. Use only chargers that are compatible with this unit and supplied by the specified manufacturer. Using an incompatible charger or a charger from an unknown manufacturer may cause MiFi failure, malfunction, or even fire.
2. Recharge battery: connect the provided USB cable to DL-7202’s USB Type-C port.

Power On the device
Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until power is turned on.

Use 4G network
The management parameters of this machine have been preset according to the requirements.It will automatically connect to the Internet.

Note
You can log in to the web administration page and enable or disable automatic connections.

Web-based Configuration

1. Connecting to the device.
   A. With Wi-Fi connection.

   • Use your normal Wi-Fi application on the client to search for the available wireless network

   • Select the SSID of your device (default SSID Prolink_xxxx) to connect

   • Default password is prolink12345
     B. With USB connection.

   • Connect the device with USB cable into Computer USB port

   • NDIS driver will be installed automatically

2. Open the browser and enter http://192.168.1.1 or http://m.home Enter default Username : admin and Password: password to login.

3. Click the upper right corner – Modify Login Password to change the default login password.

4. Click Wi-Fi Settings to change default SSID and password.

5. APN settings (If SIM card’s APN cannot be found by Auto Mode).

6. Click Network Settings

7. Select Mode to Manual

8. Click Add New button to enter the correct APN settings accordingly

6. Enable Roaming for overseas travel.

7. Switch off connection under Connect Status

8. Click Network Settings

9. Tick “Enable Roaming” and click “Apply” Button.
   

10. Switch on the connection after Roaming Enable.
