Step 1: Accessing Settings
Select the Settings option located in the top right-hand side of the screen. It is represented by a gear symbol.

Step 2: Navigating Device Preferences
Scroll down and select Device Preferences near the bottom of the display.

Step 3: Accessing About Section
Highlight and select About, then click OK to proceed.

Step 4: Factory Reset
After selecting Factory Reset, highlight the box labeled Factory Reset and confirm by pressing the OK key on the remote control.

Step 5: Confirming Reset

Highlight ERASE Everything and confirm by pressing the OK key on the remote control.
The TV will enter a restarting mode. Place the remote down and wait for the process to complete. Follow the on-screen instructions for the installation process. Once the factory reset is finished, you will see a Welcome message from Majestic TV. Follow the on-screen prompts by pressing the Next function using the OK key (the center button on the remote). Continue to follow the on- screen instructions.

Q: How long does the factory reset process take?
A: The factory reset process may take some time, so please be  patient and allow the TV to restart completely before proceeding with the on-screen instructions.

GTV Series – How to do Master RESET

1. Step 1 Select Settings in the Top Right Hand Side (The Gear looking symbol)
   

2. Step 2 Select Device Preferences near the bottom of the display

3. Step 3 Highlight About and then click OK

4. Step 4 You will See Factory RESET – Highlight Factory Reset and Click OK

5. Step 5 After pushing Factory Reset
   Highlight the box Factory Reset and confirm by pushing the OK key on the remote

6. Step 6 Highlight ERASE Everything and confirm by pushing the OK Key on the remote

• The tv will go into a restarting mode
• Just place the remote down and wait it will take some time
• Then follow the on screen install process
• Once factory reset is complete
• You will see

Welcome Majestic TV

• Follow the on screen instruction by pushing the Next function by using the OK key (centre button on the remote )
• Keep following the on screen instructions
