Product Information

The Ethan Allen Tiberius Floor Lamp is a versatile and stylish lighting fixture designed for indoor use. It features a polarized plug with one blade wider than the other, ensuring safe and secure electrical connection. The lamp is equipped with a socket ring, lamp socket, switch, swing arm, and adjustable knob for easy customization.

Important Safety Instructions:

• Do not modify the plug or power cord in any way.
• Do not exceed the recommended bulb wattage.
• Use only the type of bulb specified.
• Keep flammable materials away from the bulb.
• Do not open the product or alter the wiring in any way.
• Follow precautions provided with the power cord if using an extension cord.

Assembly, Care, and Troubleshooting:

• No tools are required for assembly.
• The lamp does not include a light bulb.

Parts Included:

1. Shade (packed separately)
2. Socket Ring (attached, no assembly required)
3. Lamp Socket (attached, no assembly required)
4. Switch (attached, no assembly required)
5. Swing Arm (attached, no assembly required)
6. Adjustable Knob (attached, no assembly required)

Assembly Procedure:

1. Remove the Socket Ring (B).
2. Put Shade (A) onto Socket (C).
3. Secure with Socket Ring (B).
4. Loosen the Adjustable Knob (F) and move the lamp up or down to the desired height.
5. Tighten the Adjustable Knob (F) to secure the position.
6. Insert the Bulb into the Lamp Socket (C).
7. Remove the Plug Cap from the Plug.

Care and Cleaning:

1. To clean, wipe with a soft dry cloth.
2. Avoid using cleaners, scouring pads, etc.
3. Before changing bulbs, unplug the lamp and allow the bulbs to cool.

Troubleshooting:

• Problem: Bulb does not light
  • Possible Cause: Bulb is burnt out or damaged
  • Possible Cause: Power to lamp is off
  • Possible Cause: Lamp is not plugged in
  • What to Do: Replace bulb, confirm power is on, confirm lamp is plugged in

If the light fixture still does not work after troubleshooting, please contact your local Ethan Allen Design Center for assistance.

1. Remove the Socket ring (B).
