Product Usage Instructions

Der Akku-Laubbläser ist ausschließlich zum Zusammentragen von trockenen Blättern geeignet. Dieses Gerät ist nicht zur gewerblichen Nutzung geeignet. Bei gewerblichem Einsatz erlischt die Garantie. Jede andere Verwendung, die in dieser Anleitung nicht ausdrücklich zugelassen wird, kann zu Schäden am Gerät führen und eine ernsthafte Gefahr für den Benutzer darstellen. Das Gerät ist zum Gebrauch durch Erwachsene bestimmt. Jugendliche über 16 Jahren dürfen das Gerät nur unter Aufsicht benutzen. Die Benutzung des Gerätes bei Regen oder feuchter Umgebung ist verboten.

· Gehen Sie im Schritttempo, rennen Sie nicht.

Inbetriebnahme
Bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen, müssen Sie – beide Akkus einsetzen, – beide Rohre montieren.
Achtung Verletzungsgefahr! Bei Montage oder Demontage der Rohre (Blasrohr, Aufsatz, Flachdüse) muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet sein und die beweglichen Teile stillstehen. Entnehmen Sie vor allen Arbeiten die Akkus!

Akku aufladen
Achten Sie darauf, dass während des Ladevorgangs die empfohlene Umgebungstemperatur eingehalten wird. Diese finden Sie in der Betriebsanleitung Ihrer Akkus und Ladegeräte der Serie Parkside X 20 V Team.
Lassen Sie einen erwärmten Akku vor dem Laden abkühlen.
Setzen Sie den Akku nicht über längere Zeit starker Sonneneinstrahlung aus und legen Sie ihn nicht auf Heizkörpern ab (max. 50 °C).
1. Nehmen Sie ggf. die Akkus (2) aus dem Gerät.
2. Schieben Sie die Akkus (2) bis zum Anschlag auf das Ladegerät (15).
3. Schließen Sie das Ladegerät (15) an eine Steckdose an.
4. Nach erfolgtem Ladevorgang trennen Sie das Ladegerät (15) vom Netz.
5. Ziehen Sie den Akku (2) aus dem Ladegerät (15).
Akku entnehmen/einsetzen
1. Zum Herausnehmen des Akkus (2) aus dem Gerät drücken Sie die Entriegelungstaste am Akku (2) und ziehen den Akku heraus.
2. Zum Einsetzen des Akkus (2) schieben Sie den Akku (2) entlang der Führungsschiene in das Gerät. Er rastet hörbar ein.
Setzen Sie den Akku erst ein, wenn das Akku-Werkzeug vollständig für den Einsatz vorbereitet ist.

Blasrohr und Flachdüse montieren/demontieren
Verwenden Sie den Laubbläser niemals ohne montierten Aufsatz. Es besteht die Gefahr von Personenschäden!
Achten Sie auf die korrekte Montage des Blasrohrs (4), sonst lässt sich der Laubbläser nicht starten.
Blasrohr montieren · Stecken Sie das Blasrohr (4) auf das
Motorgehäuse (3). Die Verriegelung (7) rastet ein. Aufsatz montieren · Schieben Sie den Aufsatz (6) auf das Blasrohr (4). Der Knopf (16) am Blasrohr (4) muss in die Führungsschiene (5) am Aufsatz (6) greifen. Es gibt 3 mögliche Stellungen für den Aufsatz (6).
Das Gerät kann über die 3 Stellungen auf Ihre individuelle Arbeitshöhe eingestellt werden. Sie sollten mit dem Blasrohr immer möglichst nah am Boden arbeiten. Flachdüse montieren (optional) · Schieben Sie die Flachdüse (12) auf das Blasrohr (4). Der Knopf (16) am Blasrohr (4) muss in die Führungsschiene (5) an der Flachdüse (12) greifen. Es gibt 3 mögliche Stellungen für die Flachdüse (12). Das Gerät kann über die 3 Stellungen auf Ihre individuelle Arbeitshöhe eingestellt werden. Sie sollten mit dem Blasrohr immer möglichst nah am Boden arbeiten.

Blasrohr demontieren · Drücken Sie die Verriegelung (7) und
nehmen Sie das Blasrohr (4) und den Aufsatz (6) ab. Aufsatz demontieren · Nehmen Sie den Aufsatz (6) vom Blasrohr (4) ab, indem Sie ihn aus der Führungsschiene (5) ausfädeln. Flachdüse demontieren (optional) · Nehmen Sie die Flachdüse (12) vom Blasrohr (4) ab, indem Sie ihn aus der Führungsschiene (5) ausfädeln.
Tragegurt anlegen
Tragen Sie den Gurt niemals diagonal über Schulter und Brust, sondern nur auf eine Schulter, dadurch können Sie in Gefahr das Gerät schnell vom Körper entfernen.
Mit dem Steckverschluss ( 14) kann das Gerät schnell vom Tragegurt gelöst werden. Zum Öffnen des Steckverschlusses drücken Sie die beiden Klammern zusammen.
1. Legen Sie den Tragegurt ( 13) über eine Schulter.
2. Stellen Sie die Gurtlänge so ein, dass sich der Karabinerhaken etwa 10 cm unterhalb der Hüfte befindet.
3. Befestigen Sie den Karabinerhaken des Tragegurts ( 13) an der Befestigungsöse (17) zum Einhängen des Gurtes. Diese befindet sich oben am Gerät.

Bedienung
Achtung Verletzungsgefahr! Tragen Sie beim Arbeiten mit dem Gerät geeignete Kleidung und Arbeitshandschuhe. Vergewissern Sie sich vor jeder Benutzung, dass das Gerät funktionstüchtig ist. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät richtig montiert ist. Sollte der Ein-/Ausschalter beschädigt sein, darf mit dem Gerät nicht mehr gearbeitet werden. Persönliche Schutzausrüstung und ein funktionstüchtiges Gerät vermindern das Risiko von Verletzungen und Unfällen.
Nach dem Ausschalten des Gerätes dreht sich das Turbinenrad noch einige Zeit weiter. Verletzungsgefahr durch sich drehendes Werkzeug.

Die 4 LEDs unterhalb der Ladezustandsanzeige (8) am Bedienfeld geben Auskunft, in welcher Stufe sich die Blasleistung befindet. 3. Zum Ausschalten drücken Sie einmal kurz auf den Ein-/Ausschalter (11).
Turbo-Modus
1. Halten Sie die TURBO-Taste (10) gedrückt, um die Blasleistung für maximal 15 Sekunden auf Turboleistung zu bringen. Der Turbo-Modus stoppt nach 15 Sekunden automatisch, kann aber direkt wieder gestartet werden, durch erneutes Drücken der TURBO-Taste (10).
2. Lassen Sie die TURBO-Taste los, um den Turbo-Modus zu verlassen.

Beachten Sie den Lärmschutz und örtliche Vorschriften.

Ladezustand des Akkus prüfen

Ein- und Ausschalten
Der Laubbläser kann nur mit zwei eingesetzten Akkus der Serie Parkside X 20 V Team betrieben werden.
Achten Sie vor dem Einschalten darauf, dass das Gerät keine Gegenstände berührt. Achten Sie auf einen sicheren Stand.
1. Zum Einschalten drücken Sie den Ein-/ Ausschalter (11).
2. Zur Regulierung der Blasleistung betätigen Sie die Volumenregler (9).

Die Ladezustandsanzeige (8) signalisiert den Ladezustand der Akkus (2), solange das Gerät über den Ein-/Ausschalter (11) am Bedienfeld eingeschaltet ist.
Der Ladezustand der Akkus wird durch Aufleuchten der entsprechenden LED- Leuchten angezeigt.

Arbeiten mit dem Gerät

Reinigung/Wartung

Der Laubbläser darf nur für folgende Einsatzzwecke verwendet werden: – Als Gebläse zum Anhäufen von dürrem Blattwerk oder zum Wegblasen aus schwer zugänglichen Stellen.
Achten Sie beim Arbeiten darauf, nicht mit dem Gerät gegen harte Gegenstände zu stoßen, die Schäden verursachen können.
Betriebsart Blasen:
· Ein optimales Ergebnis beim Einsatz des Gebläses erhalten Sie mit einem Abstand zum Boden von 5 – 10 cm.
· Richten Sie den Luftstrahl von sich weg. Achten Sie darauf, keine schweren Gegenstände aufzuwirbeln und so jemanden zu verletzen oder etwas zu beschädigen.
· Beginnen Sie die Arbeit mit der höchsten Blasleistung, um die herumliegenden Blätter rasch zu sammeln. Eine niedrigere Blasleistung wählen Sie, um den zuvor zusammengetragenen Laubhaufen zu verdichten.
· Lösen Sie vor dem Blasen am Boden anhaftende Blätter mit einem Besen oder Rechen.
· Halten Sie das Gerät beim Arbeiten am Handgriff (1).
· Arbeiten mit Blasrohr und Aufsatz/Flachdüse: Mit Blasrohr und Aufsatz können Sie Laub auf einer breiteren Fläche zusammentragen. Die Flachdüse fungiert als Turbo-Düse, mit dieser Düse erreichen Sie die höchste Luftgeschwindigkeit.

Warnung! Verletzungsgefahr durch bewegliche, gefährliche Teile!
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und nehmen Sie vor allen Arbeiten und zum Transport den Akku aus dem Gerät.
Lassen Sie Instandsetzungsarbeiten und Wartungsarbeiten, die nicht in dieser Betriebsanleitung beschrieben sind, von unserem ServiceCenter durchführen. Verwenden Sie nur Originalteile.
Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsbzw. Lösungsmittel. Chemische Substanzen können die Kunststoffteile des Gerätes angreifen.
Führen Sie folgende Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten regelmäßig durch. Dadurch ist eine lange und zuverlässige Nutzung gewährleistet.
Reinigung
Das Gerät darf weder mit Wasser abgespritzt werden noch in Wasser gelegt werden. Es besteht die Gefahr eines Stromschlages.
· Halten Sie Lüftungsschlitze, Motorgehäuse und Griffe des Gerätes sauber. Verwenden Sie dazu ein feuchtes Tuch oder eine Bürste. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- bzw. Lösungsmittel. Sie könnten das Gerät damit irreparabel beschädigen.

Wartung
· Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor jedem Gebrauch auf offensichtliche Mängel wie lose, abgenutzte oder beschädigte Teile.
Lagerung
· Zur Aufbewahrung können Sie das Blasrohr (4), den Aufsatz (6)/die Flachdüse (12) vom Motorgehäuse (3) abnehmen (siehe hierzu die entsprechenden Montageanweisungen im Kapitel ,,Inbetriebnahme”).
· An der Unterseite des Geräts befindet sich eine Halterung (18) an der das Gerät an einer Schraube/einem Nagel (Ø 7-10 mm) an der Wand aufgehängt werden kann (Abb. ).
· Bewahren Sie das Gerät trocken und außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
Entsorgung/ Umweltschutz
Nehmen Sie die Akkus aus dem Gerät und führen Sie Gerät, Akkus, Zubehör und Verpackung einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zu.
Elektrische Geräte gehören nicht in den Hausmüll.
Die Akkus müssen vor der Entsorgung vom Gerät entnommen werden. Werfen Sie den Akku nicht in den Hausmüll, ins Feuer (Explosionsgefahr) oder ins Wasser. Beschädigte Akkus können der Umwelt und ihrer Gesundheit schaden, wenn giftige Dämpfe oder Flüssigkeiten austreten.
Richtlinie 2012/19/EU über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte: Verbrauchte Elektroge-

Entsorgen Sie Akkus nach den lokalen Vorschriften.Defekte oder verbrauchte Akkus müssen gemäß Richtlinie 2006/66/EG recycelt werden. Geben Sie Akkus an einer Altbatteriesammelstelle ab, wo sie einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden. Fragen Sie hierzu Ihren lokalen Müllentsorger oder unser Service-Center. Entsorgen Sie Akkus im entladenen Zustand. Wir empfehlen die Pole mit einem Klebestreifen zum Schutz vor einem Kurzschluss abzudecken. Öffnen Sie den Akku nicht.

Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde, Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 5 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von Mängeln dieses Gerätes stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Gerätes gesetzliche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den originalen Kassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt. Tritt innerhalb von fünf Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Gerätes ein Materialoder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Gerät von uns ­ nach unserer Wahl ­ für Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Fünf-Jahres-Frist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist. Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein neues Gerät zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Gerätes beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.
Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.

Garantieumfang Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Geräteteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können (z. B. Rohre) oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen (z. B. Schalter). Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Gerät beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder nicht gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Gerätes sind alle in der Betriebsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Betriebsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden. Das Gerät ist lediglich für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.

The operating instructions constitute part of this product. They contain important information on safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise yourself with all of the operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and for the applications speci-
fied. Keep this manual safely and in the event that the product is passed on, hand over all documents to the third party.

Intended use
The cordless leaf blower is only suitable for gathering dry leaves. This equipment is not suitable for commercial use. Commercial use will invalidate the guarantee. Any other use that is not specifically approved in these Instructions can result in damage to the blower and give rise to serious danger for the user. The equipment is designed for use by adults. Adolescents over the age of 16 may use the device only under supervision. The use of the device in the rain or in a humid environment is forbidden. The user or operator is responsible for accidents causing injury to other people or damage to property. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage when the blower is not used in conformity with its intended purpose or due to incorrect operation. The device is part of the Parkside X 20 V TEAM series and can be operated using X 20 V TEAM series batteries. The batteries may only be charged using chargers from the Parkside X 20 V TEAM series.

Caution! When using power tools, observe the following basic safety measures for the prevention of electric shocks and the risk of injury and fire: Instruction: Familiarise yourself with all the unit’s parts and correct operation of the unit before you start working with it. Make sure that you can immediately switch off the unit in an emergency. Improper use of the unit may lead to serious injury. · Children, individuals with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, as well as those who have insufficient experience or knowledge or are not familiar with the instructions must never be permitted to use the device. Local regulations may specify an age restriction for the user.. · Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children. · The machine must not be used at altitudes over 2000 m. · Read the instructions carefully. Familiarise yourself with the

Preparation: · The personal protective equipment protects your own health and the health of others and ensures the smooth operation of the device: – Wear suitable work clothing,
such as sturdy shoes with nonslip soles, long, robust trousers, gloves, safety goggles and ear protection. Wear these at all times while operating the machine. Never use the device barefooted or wearing open sandals. Wear respiratory protection to protect against dust. – Do not wear loose hanging clothing or jewellery that could be sucked into the air intake. Wear protective headwear to contain long hair. Keep long hair away from the suction apertures. · Pay attention to people, especially children, pets, open windows, etc. The blown material can be thrown in their direction. Stop working if they are in close proximity. Keep a safety distance of 5 m around you. · Be familiar with your surroundings and pay attention to poten-

tial dangers that may be overlooked when working. · Carefully inspect the surface to be cleaned and remove all wires, stones, cans and other foreign bodies. · Use a rake or broom to remove foreign bodies before beginning the blowing process. · Use both parts of the blowpipe so that the airflow can work close to the ground. · In very dry conditions, lightly moisten the surface or use a sprayer to reduce the build-up of dust. · Do not work with a damaged or incomplete device or one which has been converted without the permission of the manufacturer. Before use, check the safety status of the device, in particular the switch. · Only use the device when fully assembled. · Never operate the device with defective protection equipment or faulty protection covers or without any protection equipment. · Please be aware that the operator or user is responsible for accidents or injuries to other people or their property. · Avoid wearing loose clothing, clothing with hanging laces or ties. · Operate the machine in a recommended position and only when standing on a solid, flat surface. · Do not operate the machine on a paved surface or a gravel surface where the ejected material

could cause injury. · Always perform a visual inspec-
tion prior to use to make sure that the fastening equipment is secured, the housing is undamaged and the protective equipment and shields are present. Replace worn or damaged components in sets to ensure balance. Replace damaged or illegible markings. · Ensure that the in-feed is empty prior to starting the machine. · Keep your face and body away from the in-feed aperture. · Do not allow hands or other body parts or clothing to enter the in-feed or discharge chute, or to be in the vicinity of moving parts. · Do not stand within the ejection zone while operating the machine. · Take extreme care when feeding material into the machine to ensure no metallic objects, stones, bottles, canisters or other foreign objects are taken in. · If the cutting mechanism comes into contact with a foreign object or the machine starts to emit unusual noises or vibrate, immediately turn off the power source and wait for the machine to come to a standstill. Remove the battery and perform the following steps before restarting and operating the machine: – Investigate for damage; – Replace or repair damaged
parts; – Check for loose parts and
tighten as necessary.

· Do not allow processed material to accumulate in the ejection zone since this can prevent proper ejection and cause the material to be brought back into the machine via the in-feed aperture.
· Avoid an abnormal work posture. Always maintain your balance to ensure secure footing on slopes. Walk, do not run.
Operation: · Do not switch on the device if it
is held upside down or is not in operating position. Avoid starting the device unintentionally. Make sure that the device is switched off before you pick it up or carry it. Having your finger on the switch of the device while carrying it can cause accidents. · Never point the device at others, and in particular, do not point the air jet at the eyes and ears during operation. · Always ensure secure positioning, particularly on slopes, when working. Always hold the device tightly with both hands and only work with a correctly adjusted carrying strap. · Do not stretch too far and do not lose your balance. · If you are tired or lacking in concentration or have consumed alcohol or tablets, do not work with the device. Always have a break on time. Work using common sense. Move slowly, do not run.

· Prolonged use of the device can lead to blood circulation disorders in the hands caused by vibration. You can however extend your machine use time by wearing appropriate gloves or by taking regular breaks.
· Avoid operating the machine in poor weather conditions, especially when there is a lightning hazard. Only work in daylight or where there is good artificial illumination.
· Stop the machine and remove the batteries from the device. Ensure that all moving parts are at a full standstill: – when you are not using the device or when you are transporting or leaving it unattended; – before removing any obstruction or blocked channels, – before checking, cleaning or carrying out other work on the machine. – after contact with foreign bodies or if abnormal vibration occurs.
· Keep the power source free of refuse or other accumulated material to prevent it from becoming damaged and avoid a potential fire.
· Do not tilt the machine while the power source is running.
· Do not use the device in a closed or poorly ventilated area.
· Do not use the device near flammable liquids or gases. There is a risk of fire or explosion if this advice is not heeded.
· In the case of an accident or malfunction during operation,

the device must be switched off immediately and the batteries removed. Read the “Troubleshooting” section to correct any malfunctions or contact our Service Centre. · Walk at a steady pace, do not run. · Ensure you are standing securely and do not lose your balance. Avoid an abnormal work posture. · When material is being taken in by the machine, never stand on a higher level than the base of the machine. · If the machine becomes clogged, turn off the power source and disconnect the machine from the mains supply or remove the batteries before freeing any refuse. · Never operate the machine with defective protective equipment or shields, or without safety equipment. · Do not transport the machine while the power source is running. · Ensure that you do not touch any of the dangerous moving parts before you have unplugged the machine from the mains supply or removed the batteries from the machine, and that the dangerous moving parts have come to a complete standstill. · In the case of an accident or malfunction during operation, the device must be switched off immediately. Injuries must be properly treated or medical assistance sought. Read the “Troubleshooting” section to

correct any malfunctions or contact our Service Centre. Maintenance and storage: · Regularly check the functionality and integrity of the device to avoid danger to the operator. · Replace worn or damaged parts in the interests of safety. Only use original replacement parts and accessories. · Do not try to repair the device yourself, unless you have professional training. All work not mentioned in these instructions may only be performed by authorised service representatives commissioned by us. · Store the device in a dry place and out of reach of children. · Treat your device with care. Clean the ventilation slits regularly and follow the maintenance instructions. · Keep all inlets for the cooling air free of debris. · Do not use the device if the switch cannot be turned on and off. Damaged switches must be replaced at a customer service workshop. Do not overload your device. Only work within the power range indicated. Do not use low-performance machines for heavy work. Do not use the device for purposes for which it is not intended. · If you stop the machine for maintenance, inspection, storage or to change accessories, switch off the power source, disconnect the machine from the mains supply or remove the batteries,

and ensure that all moving parts have come to a standstill. Allow the machine to cool down before inspection, changing settings etc. Maintain the machine with care and keep it clean. · Always allow the machine to cool down before storage. · Never try to circumvent the locking function of the protective equipment. Additional safety instructions: · Do not use any accessories that are not recommended by PARKSIDE. This can result in electric shock or fire.
Observe the safety information and notes on charging and proper use as shown in the instruction manual for your battery and charger from the Parkside X 20 V Team series. A detailed description of the charging process and further information can be found in the separate operating instructions.

· Do not use different battery types or new and used batteries together.
· Insert the batteries with the correct polarity.
· Remove dead batteries from the device and dispose of them safely.
· If the device is stored for a longer period of time without being used, the batteries should be removed.
RESIDUAL RISK Even if properly operating and handling this electric tool, some residual risks will remain. Due to its construction and build, this electric tool may present the following hazards: a) Ear damage if working without
ear protection. b) Damage to your health caused
by swinging your hands and arms when operating the appliance for longer periods of time or if the unit is not held or maintained properly. c) Lung damage, if suitable respiratory protection is not worn. d) Eye injuries if no suitable eye protection is worn.

Recommendation: · Avoid operating the machine in
poor weather conditions, especially when there is a lightning hazard. · Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries. · Rechargeable batteries have to be removed from the device before they are charged.

Warning! During operation, this electric tool generates an electromagnetic field which, under certain circumstances, may impair the functionality of active or passive medical implants. In order to reduce the danger of serious or fatal injuries, users who wear medical implants must consult their doctor and the manufacturer

5. Remove the battery (2) from the charger (15).
Remove/insert battery

Before operating the device, you must – insert both rechargeable batteries, – Mount both pipes.
Caution! Risk of injury! During assembly or disassembly of the pipes (blower pipe, attachment, flat nozzle), the device must be turned off and all moving parts must have come to a standstill. Remove the batteries before carrying out any work!
Charging the battery

1. To remove the battery (2) from the device, press the release button on the battery (2) and pull the battery out.
2. To insert the battery (2), push the battery (2) along the guide rail into the device. You will hear it click into place.
Only insert the battery once the battery-operated tool is fully ready for use.
Fitting/removing blower pipe and flat nozzle

Make sure that the recommended ambient temperature is observed during charging. You will find this in the instruction manual for your Parkside X 20 V Team series batteries and chargers.
If warm, allow the battery to cool before charging.
Do not expose the battery to direct sunlight for long periods and do not place it on a radiator (max. 50°C).
1. Remove the rechargeable batteries (2) from the device, if necessary.
2. Slide the rechargeable batteries (2) onto the charger (15) up to the stop.
3. Plug the charger (15) into a socket. 4. Once charging is complete, disconnect
the charger (15) from the mains supply.

Never use the leaf blower without the attachment. There is a risk of personal injury!
Pay attention to the correct assembly of the blower pipe (4), otherwise the leaf blower will not start.
Fitting the blower pipe · Place the blower pipe (4) on the mo-
tor housing (3). The lock (7) clicks into place. Fitting the attachment · Slide the attachment (6) onto the blower pipe (4). The button (16) on the blower pipe (4) must slide into the guide rail (5) on the attachment (6). There are 3 possible settings for the attachment (6).
The device can be set to your individual working height via these 3 settings. You should always work

with the blower pipe as close to the ground as possible. Fitting the flat nozzle (optional) · Slide the flat nozzle (12) onto the blower pipe (4). The button (16) on the blower pipe (4) must slide into the guide rail (5) on the flat nozzle (12). There are 3 possible settings for the flat nozzle (12).
The device can be set to your individual working height via these 3 settings. You should always work with the blower pipe as close to the ground as possible. Removing the blower pipe · Press the lock (7) and remove the blower pipe (4) and the attachment (6). Removing the attachment · Remove the attachment (6) from the blower pipe (4) by sliding it out of the guide rail (5). Removing the flat nozzle (optional) · Remove the flat nozzle (12) from the blower pipe (4) by sliding it out of the guide rail (5).
Putting on the carrying strap
Never wear the carrying strap diagonally across your shoulders and chest: only wear it on one shoulder to ensure you can detach the device quickly from your body in the event of danger.
Pulling the push-fit lock ( 14) releases the device quickly from the carrying strap. To open the push-fit lock, press the two clamps together.

1. Place the carrying strap ( 13) on one shoulder.
2. Adjust the strap length so that the snap hook is approximately 10 cm below your hip.
3. Attach the snap hook on the carrying strap ( 13) at the fixing lug (17) to hook in the strap. This is located on the top of the device.
Operation
Caution! Risk of injury! Always wear appropriate protective equipment and work gloves while working with the device. Prior to each use, ensure that the device is working correctly. Ensure that the device has been mounted properly. Stop using the device if the On/Off button is damaged. Personal protective equipment and a fully functional device reduce the risk of injuries and accidents.
After the device has been switched off, the turbine wheel continues moving for some time. Injury hazard caused by rotating tool!
Observe noise protection rules and other local regulations.
Switching on and off
The leaf blower may only be used with two batteries of the Parkside X 20 V Team series.
Before switching the device on, make sure that it is not touching any objects. Ensure secure positioning.

1. Press and hold the on/off switch (11) to start the device.
2. In order to regulate the blowing power, press the volume control (9).

3. To switch off, briefly press the on/off switch (11).

Turbo mode

The leaf blower may only be used for the following purposes: – As a blower to pile up dry leaf material or to blow material out of places that are hard to access (e.g. under cars).
During work, ensure that the device is not struck against hard objects, which can cause damage.

1. Press and hold the TURBO button (10) to turn the blowing power to turbo power for a maximum of 15 seconds. Turbo mode stops automatically after 15 seconds but can be started back up by pressing the TURBO button (10) again.
2. Release the TURBO button to exit turbo mode.
Checking the charge status of the battery
The charge level indicator (8) shows the state of charge of the battery (2) as long as the device is turned on via the On/off switch (11) on the control panel.
The charge level of the battery is indicated by illumination of the corresponding LED lights.

Blowing operating mode:

· You get optimal results when you use

the blower with a separation distance

to the ground of 5 -10 cm.

· Begin work with the highest blowing

power, in order to rapidly pile up the

leaves lying around. Select a lower

blowing power to compact the previ-

· Before blowing, loosen leaves adhering

to the ground with a broom or rake.

· The guide rollers at the end of the tube

make it easier to work on flat surfaces.

· Hold the device by the handle (1) when

working.

Cleaning and maintenance
Warning! Risk of injury by dangerous moving parts!
Switch off the device and remove the battery from the device before working with or transporting it.
Turn off the appliance and, before doing any servicing and remove the mains plug
Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents. Chemical substances may attack the plastic parts of the device.

Storage
· For storage, you can remove the blower pipe (4), attachment (6)/flat nozzle (12) from the motor housing (3) (see corresponding installation instructions in the “Start-up” section).
· At the bottom of the device, you will find a holder (18) that you can use to hang the device on the wall using a screw/nail (Ø 7-10 mm) (Fig. ).
· Store the device in a dry place well out of reach of children.
Disposal and protection of the environment

The following cleaning and servicing should be done regularly. This will ensure a long and reliable service life.
Cleaning
Do not spray the appliance with water and do not immerse it in water. Electric shock hazard!

Dear customer, this device comes with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. In case of defects, you have statutory rights against the seller of the product. These statutory rights are not restricted by our guarantee presented below.
Terms of Guarantee The term of the guarantee begins on the date of purchase. Please retain the original receipt. This document is required as proof of purchase. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs within five years from the date of purchasing this device, the device by will repaired or replaced free by us ­ according to our choice. This warranty service requires you to present the defective device and proof of purchase (sales receipt) within five years and describe briefly in writing the nature of the defect and when it occurred. If the defect is covered by our guarantee, you will receive either the repaired product or a new product. No new guarantee period begins on repair or replacement of the product.
Guarantee Period and Statutory Claims for Defects The guarantee period is not extended by the guarantee service. This also applies for replaced or repaired parts. Any damages and defects already present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs arising after expiry of the guarantee period are chargeable.

Arrêtez de travailler si des personnes restent à proximité. · Ne vous tenez pas dans la zone d’éjection pendant le fonctionnement de la machine.
· Pendant l’alimentation du matériau dans la machine, soyez extrêmement prudent pour que ni morceau de métal, ni pierre, bouteille, douille ni autre objet n’y soit introduit.
· Coupez immédiatement la source de courant et attendez que la machine se soit arrêtée, si le mécanisme de coupe heurte un corps étranger ou si la machine commence à émettre des bruits inhabituels ou à vibrer. Retirez la batterie et effectuez les actions suivantes avant de redémarrer la machine et de l’utiliser : – rechercher des détériorations ; – remplacer ou réparer des pièces endommagées ; – vérifier des pièces desserrées et les fixer.
· Ne laissez pas le matériau à traiter s’accumuler dans la zone d’éjection, car cela peut empêcher l’éjection correcte et provoquer la réintroduction du matériau via l’orifice de remplissage.
· Évitez toute position anormale du corps. Veillez à toujours garder l’équilibre afin d’avoir à tout moment un maintien stable sur

les pentes. Marchez, ne courez pas. Commande : · Nallumez pas lappareil lorsque vous le tenez à lenvers ou quil ne se trouve pas en position de travail. · Évitez une mise en service involontaire. Assurez-vous que lappareil est éteint avant de le prendre ou le porter. Mise en service

AUTRES RISQUES Même si vous utilisez cet outil électrique de manière conforme, il existe malgré tout d’autres risques. Les dangers suivants peuvent se produire en fonction de la méthode de construction et du modèle de cet outil électrique : a) Dommages affectant l’ouïe si

Avant de mettre l`appareil en service, vous devez – insérer les deux batteries, – monter les deux tubes.
Attention risque de blessures ! Lors du montage ou du démontage des tubes (tube de soufflage, embout rond, embout plat), l’appareil doit être éteint et les pièces mobiles arrêtées. Avant tous travaux, retirez les batteries !
Recharger la batterie
Veillez à ce que la température ambiante soit respectée pendant le processus de charge. Vous la trouverez

Lorsqu`une batterie est chaude, laissez-la refroidir avant de la charger.
La batterie ne doit pas être exposée pendant une longue durée à un ensoleillement important ni être posée sur des éléments chauffants (max. 50 °C).

Monter/démonter le tube de soufflage et l’embout plat
N’utilisez jamais le souffleur de feuilles sans l’embout rond monté. Il y a un risque de dommages corporels !
Vérifiez l’assemblage correct du tube de soufflage (4). Dans le cas contraire, le souffleur de feuilles ne peut être démarré.

1. Retirez le cas échéant les batteries (2) de lappareil. 2\. Insérez les batteries (2) dans le chargeur (15) jusquà la butée.
3. Branchez le chargeur (15) sur une prise électrique.
4. À la fin de la charge complète, retirez le chargeur (15) de la prise électrique.
5. Retirez la batterie (2) du chargeur (15).
Retirer/installer la batterie
1. Pour enlever la batterie (2) de lappareil, appuyez sur le bouton de déverrouillage sur la batterie (2) et retirez la batterie. 2\. Procédez à linsertion de la batterie (2) en glissant la batterie (2) le long du rail de guidage dans lappareil. Elle senclenche avec un déclic.
Insérez la batterie uniquement lorsque l`outil sans fil est entièrement prêt à être utilisé.

Monter le tube de soufflage · Insérez le tube de soufflage (4) sur le
carter moteur (3). Le verrouillage (7) s’enclenche. Monter l’embout rond · Glissez l’embout rond (6) sur le tube de
soufflage (4). Le bouton (16) situé sur le tube de soufflage (4) doit agripper le rail de gui-
dage (5) sur l’embout rond (6). 3 positions sont possibles pour l’em-
bout rond (6).
L’appareil peut être réglé sur
3 positions pour correspondre à votre propre hauteur de travail. Vous devriez toujours travailler avec le tube
de soufflage le plus près possible du sol. Monter l’embout plat (facultatif)
· Insérez l’embout plat (12) sur le tube
de soufflage (4). Le bouton (16) situé sur le tube de soufflage (4) doit agripper le rail de gui-

Enfiler la sangle de transport
Ne portez jamais la sangle en diagonale sur lépaule et la poitrine, mais uniquement sur une épaule, de sorte que vous puissiez retirer rapidement lappareil de votre corps en cas de danger.

Utilisation
Attention risque de blessures ! Pendant les travaux avec loutil, portez des vêtements appropriés et des gants de travail. Assurez-vous avant chaque utilisation que loutil est opérationnel. Assurez-vous que lappareil est correctement monté. Si linterrupteur Marche/Arrêt est endommagé, lappareil ne doit plus être utilisé. Un équipement de protection individuelle et un outil opérationnel réduisent le risque de blessures et daccidents.
Après l’arrêt de l’appareil, la turbine tourne encore quelque temps. Risque de blessures par un outil en rotation. Risque de blessures par un outil en rotation.

La fermeture enfichable ( 14) permet de détacher rapidement l`appareil de la sangle. Pour ouvrir la fermeture enfichable, appuyez simultanément sur les deux pinces.
1. Placez la sangle de transport ( 13) sur une épaule.
2. Réglez la longueur de la sangle de sorte que le crochet du mousqueton se trouve environ 10 cm sous les hanches.
3. Fixez le crochet du mousqueton de la sangle de transport ( 13) sur l’oeillet de fixation (17) pour accrocher la sangle. Il se trouve sur le dessus de l’appareil.

Respectez la protection sonore et les directives locales.
Mise en marche et arrêt
Le souffleur de feuilles ne peut être utilisé qu’avec deux batteries de la gamme Parkside X 20 V Team.
Avant lallumage, veillez à ce que lappareil ne touche aucun objet. Veillez à être bien stable.

2. Pour régler la puissance de soufflage, actionnez le régulateur de volume (9).

Contrôler l`état de charge de la batterie

L’indicateur de charge (8) indique l’état de charge des batteries (2) tant que l’appareil est mis en marche avec l’interrupteur
Marche/Arrêt (11) sur le panneau de commande.

Comment travailler avec le souffleur-aspirateur de feuilles
Le souffleur de feuilles doit être utilisé uniquement pour les applications suivantes : – Comme souffleur pour l’amoncellement de feuilles séchées ou pour les déloger d’endroits difficiles d’accès (de dessous un véhicule par exemple).
Lorsque vous travaillez, veillez à ne pas heurter avec l’appareil des objets durs susceptibles de l’endommager.
Mode de fonctionnement soufflage :
· Dans la fonction de soufflage, vous obtiendrez le meilleur résultat en maintenant l’appareil à 5-10 cm du sol.
· Commencez à travailler à la puissance de soufflage maximum pour rassembler rapidement la plus grande quantité de feuilles. Le passage à une puissance de soufflage plus faible permet ensuite de condenser le tas de feuilles ainsi rassemblées.
· Avant le soufflage, décollez les feuilles du sol à l’aide d’un balai ou d’un râteau.
· Les roues de guidage au bout du tuyau servent à vous faciliter le travail sur terrain plat.
· Pendant le travail, maintenez l`appareil par la poignée (1).

Exécutez à intervalles réguliers les travaux de nettoyage et les opérations de maintenance décrits ci-dessous. Vous bénéficierez ainsi dune utilisation longue et sûre de votre appareil. Si un défaut matériel ou de fabrication apparaît dans un délai de cinq ans à compter de la date d’achat de cet appareil, nous réparerons ou vous remplacerons

Volume de la garantie L’appareil a été fabriqué avec soin, selon de sévères directives de qualité et il a été entièrement contrôlé avant la livraison.
La garantie s’applique aux défauts de matériel ou aux défauts de fabrication. Cette garantie ne s’étend pas aux parties du produit qui sont exposées à une usure normale et peuvent être donc considérées comme des pièces d’usure (par exemple Tubes) ou pour des dommages affectant les parties fragiles (par exemple les commutateurs). Cette garantie prend fin si le produit endommagé n’a pas été utilisé ou entretenu d’une façon conforme. Pour une utilisation appropriée du produit, il faut impérativement respecter toutes les instructions citées dans le manuel de l’opérateur. Les actions

Marche à suivre dans le cas de garantie Pour garantir un traitement rapide de votre demande, veuillez suivre les instructions suivantes : · Tenez vous prêt à présenter, sur de-

Vous pouvez, contre paiement, faire exécuter par notre service, des réparations qui ne font pas partie de la garantie. Nous vous enverrons volontiers un devis estimatif. Nous ne pouvons traiter que des appareils qui ont été correctement emballés et qui ont envoyés suffisamment affranchis. Attention: veuillez renvoyer à notre agence de service votre appareil nettoyé et avec une note indiquant le défaut constaté. Les appareils envoyés en port dû – comme marchandises encombrantes, en envoi express ou avec toute autre taxe spéciale ne seront pas acceptés. Nous exécutons gratuitement la mise aux déchets de vos appareils défectueux renvoyés.

Hartelijk gefeliciteerd met de aankoop van uw nieuw apparaat. Daarmee hebt u voor een hoogwaardig product gekozen. Dit apparaat werd tijdens de productie op kwaliteit gecontroleerd en aan een eindcontrole onderworpen. De functionaliteit van uw apparaat is bijgevolg verzekerd.
De gebruiksaanwijzing vormt een bestanddeel van dit product. Ze omvat belangrijke aanwijzingen voor veiligheid, gebruik en afvalverwijdering. Maak u vóór het gebruik van het product met alle bedienings- en veiligheidsinstructies vertrouwd.

Gebruik het product uitsluitend zoals beschreven en voor de aangegeven toepassingsgebieden. Bewaar de handleiding goed en overhandig alle documenten bij het doorgeven van het product mee aan derden.
Gebruik
De snoerloze bladblazer is alleen geschikt voor het verzamelen van droge bladeren. Dit apparaat is niet geschikt voor commercieel gebruik. Elke andere toepassing, die in deze handleiding niet uitdrukkelijk wordt toegelaten, kan schade aan het apparaat aanrichten en kan een ernstig gevaar voor de gebruiker betekenen.
