The Kawasaki Z900RS+Z650RS Fly Screen is a product designed to enhance the aerodynamics and aesthetic appeal of your motorcycle. It comes with all the necessary components for installation, including a fairing, screen, bolts, nuts, washers, brackets, spacers, and rubber trim. Please note that some items listed in grey are not needed for fitting on the Z900RS and Z650RS models. The product also includes yellow ball decals (two designs) for the 23500P variant. Product Usage Instructions
Please follow the diagrams provided below for assistance when fitting the Kawasaki Z900RS+Z650RS Fly Screen.
- Before starting the installation, make sure you have all the necessary components.
- Fitting notes: To tighten up the fly screen brackets, you need to access the internal nut on the headlight. This requires temporarily removing the outer ring of the headlight. To do this, remove the two small bolts on the underside of the headlight and unclip the outer ring at the top.
- Once the brackets are tightened up in the correct position, it is recommended to remove the Pyramid Fly Screen from the brackets supplied (shown as ‘5’ in the diagram above) before attempting to refit the outer ring. Refitting the outer ring can be difficult with the screen in place.
- Refer to the fitting diagram for the specific placement and assembly of each component.

Fitting notes:
- The internal nut on the headlight needs to be accessed to tighten up the fly screen brackets.
- To do this the outer ring of the headlight (shown in diagram above) needs to be removed temporarily. This can be achieved by removing the two small bolts on the underside of the headlight and unclipping the outer ring at the top.
- The outer ring can be difficult to refit once the Pyramid Fly Screen is in place so it’s best to remove the Pyramid Fly Screen from the brackets supplied (shown as ‘5’ in diagram above) once the brackets are tightened up in the correct position.
