Getting Started

  1. Select the appropriate connector:
    Determine which connector (e.g. Lightning, Micro-USB, USB-C) is required for your end device.

  2. Plug into the end device:
    Carefully plug the cable into the appropriate port on your device.

  3. Connection to the power source:
    Connect the other end of the cable to an available USB or USB-C power source.

  4. Using the USB-C port (if available):
    If a free USB-C charging port is available, carefully pull the USB-A adapter upwards without using too much force to expose the USB-C connector.

Troubleshooting

  1. No charging when using the large USB-A adapter
    Ensure that the large USB-A connector is correctly and firmly seated on the small USB-C connector. Make sure the connection between the two plugs is complete and secure.

  2. No charging when using any adapter
    Check the connected power source. Make sure that the power source (e.g. socket adapter or power bank) is working properly and is switched on.

  3. No charging in USB OTG (On-The-Go) reciprocal charging mode
    Make sure that the device providing the power has enough battery capacity to charge another device. Check the battery status of the device providing the power and charge it if necessary.
