Safety Instructions

General Precautions

  • Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
  • The device should only be repaired by a specialist.

Precautions for electrical products

  • Protect the device from dirt, moisture, overheating, and extreme temperatures, and only use it in dry rooms.
  • Do not open the device. Stop using the device if it becomes damaged.
  • Never use force when plugging in the device and when using any adapters.
  • Do not operate the product outside the power limits specified in the technical data.

Precautions for batteries

  • Avoid storing, charging, or using batteries in extreme temperatures.
  • When stored over a long period of time, batteries should be charged regularly (at least every three months).
  • Don’t allow batteries to enter the environment. Don’t open, damage, or swallow them, as they contain toxic heavy metals.
  • In case of a leaking battery, avoid contact with skin or eyes. If direct contact occurs, wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor.

First steps

The supplied charging cable supports the fast charging standard Power Delivery. However, the charging speed also depends on the charger you use. We recommend using at 8W fast charger (sold separately). Recharge the battery regularly (at least quarterly) if stored for a longer period of time.

Charging the TitanPack UltiMag

Ecological charging with solar energy

  • When there is enough light on the solar field of the power bank, it charges automatically with 1.3W (max.).
  • During the charging process, the green solar symbol in the front display lights up permanently.

Consumer note:
Charging the power bank with solar energy through the internal panel is very slow due to the limited size of the solar panel. The solar panel is mainly intended for emergency LED lighting. In steady and strong light, the product needs to be charged with solar energy for about t hour to provide power for the LED light for up to 1 hour.

Charging the TitanPack UltiMag via USB cable

  • Open the cover to the charging port on the top of the power bank and connect it to a suitable charger via an appropriate charging cable (USB·C, Lightning, Micro-USB).
  • The charging process starts automatically.
  • During the charging process, the control LED next to the ports lights up green.
  • The current charge level of the Titan Pack UlitMag is shown in the front display.
  • The indicator field on the rear lights up green when charging at normal speed and blue when a fast charging protocol is active.
  • The indicator field on the back lights up green when charging at normal speed and blue when a fast charging protocol is active.

Charging end devices
The TitanPack UltiMag has 4 different outputs for charging end devices.

Charging output for wireless charging of devices that support wireless charging Switch on the power bank.

  • The front display shows the current battery status of the TitanPack UlliMag.
  • The indicator field on the back lights up green.
  • The charging process starts as soon as you place your qi-enabled device in the center of the charging surface.
  • The TitanPack UltiMag automatically selects the appropriate charging speed.

Function Notes

  • Press once to switch on the power bank.
  • The front display shows the current battery charge level of the power bank.
  • The Titan Pack UltiMag switches off automatically after approx. 20 seconds without use.

Torch
Press and hold for approx. 3 seconds to switch on the torch.

Troubleshooting

Your mobile device does not charge via wireless charging

  • Check whether the device you are using is compatible with fast wireless charging.
  • If possible, test it with another wireless charger.
  • If necessary, remove the protective cover or metal stickers from the back of your end device.

Problems with charging your TitanPack UltiMag

  • The reason for the problem may be the cable you are using.
  • Please first try charging the power bank with another cable (if available).
  • Alternatively, you can also check the cable supplied by trying to charge another device with this cable and the same connection.
  • Always use functional mains plug for the check.

The TitanPack UltiMag does not charge your device

  • Check the battery level of the power bank.
  • Press to display the current power level.

Care and Maintenance

  • Only use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device.

Disposal Notification

Electric and electronic devices as well as batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are obliged by law to return electric and electronic devices as well as batteries at the end of their service lives to the public collecting points set up for this purpose or point of sale.
