Safety Directions

Before first operation, we recommend that you read the full user manual carefully and keep a copy handy for future reference.

  • Ensure the dust barrel is properly installed.
  • Make sure the power supply is 220-240V, 50/60Hz.
  • Do not vacuum up liquids or flammable materials.
  • Do not vacuum up burning materials or ashes.
  • Do not vacuum up shards of broken glass.
  • Do not use the vacuum without a motor protection filter installed.
  • Please change the dust barrel immediately if it is damaged.
  • Do not let children use the vacuum.
  • If you experience any unusual sounds, smell Is, smoke, or any other signs of failure or breakage during operation, switch the vacuum off and unplug it. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Contact the Kogan customer support team.
  • If the power supply cord is damaged, if must be replaced by a Kogan service technician or a qualified electrician to avoid a shock/ fire hazard.

Product Layout

Operation

  1. Connect the hose accessories: insert the hose end into the vacuum inlet (fig 1).
  2. Connect the metal telescopic tube to the curved end of the hose (fig 2).
  3. Connect the different nozzle tools to the metal extension tube as required for different cleaning purposes:
    • Floor brush – for carpet and floor (fig 3)
    • Combined brush and nozzle – for sofas, walls, curtains, etc .. (fig 4)
  4. Start the vacuum: insert the power plug into the wall socket, then press the ON/OFF button, at which point the vacuum will start up (fig 5).
  5. Cord rewind: holding the plug, pull the plug out of the wall socket. Press the power cord to retract button, and the power cord will be drawn into the vacuum unit (fig 6).

Maintenance

Dust barrel
when the barrel is full of dust, dirt, and rubbish:

  1. Press the barrel release button (fig 1)
  2. remove the clear plastic barrel and inner barrel (fig 2)
  3. twist the filter, then remove the HEPA filter (figs 3 & 4)

Air outlet plate filter

  1. remove the air outlet plate by hand (figs 5 & 6)
  2. wash with warm water and allow to fully dry before using again. if a filter is broken/torn/damaged, please replace it.
