INSTALL/REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Chevrolet Silverado
80375 Interior Door Handle

REMOVAL/INSTALL OF 2007- Chevrolet Silverado Interior Door Handle Kit
DOOR HANDLE KIT INCLUDES:
- DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY X 1
- SUPER GLUE X 1
- DRILL BIT X 1
- WASHERS X 6
- SCREWS X 6
REQUIRED TOOLS:
- PHILLIPS SCREW DRIVER
- DRILL
STEP 1
Remove the door panel
ATTENTION: Refer to the appropriate shop manual for your vehicle to obtain specific service procedures for this part. Pay special attention to all cautions and warnings included in the shop manual. Read and follow all instructions carefully.
STEP 2
Remove the 6 connected points by using included drill bit
STEP 3 Remove the spring and then the bracket
STEP 4 Remove the clips
STEP 5
Remove the broken handle
STEP 6
Insert new metal part on the panel and then new handle.
STEP 7
Insert the two clips on handle
STEP 8
Put on the bracket and then put the spring back.

STEP 9
Put on the washer and then place 3-4 drops of super glue into the hole
STEP 10
Wait for 5 seconds then fasten screw
STEP 11
Repeat steps 9-10 for other 5 connected points
STEP 9
Reinstall the panel
