Solutions to ordinary malfunctions

activate the power-off button. If this product keeps operating for a long period, the temperature protector will stop this product automatically. The product can be used again after half an hour.
Installation parts
- Open the box and take out the accessories as below.
- Put the foot pad into the two five-star base holes.
- Insert the mid cylinder into the five-star base as below.
- Insert the large cylinder into the small five-star base hole then put the stool into the other end.
- Put the strip over the head cushion and make it to a suitable height.

- Make sure there is enough space for the massage chair can be tilted at least 11 inches.
- Avoid exposing the massage chair directly to high-temperature environments, such as those created by sunlight or heating equipment. Instead, position it where it can avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures. For long-term use, it’s advisable to place a soft cushion underneath in a designated location.
- Ensure the cushion size adequately covers the area where the machine contacts the floor and where your feet touch the floor.

- When moving the massage chair across vulnerable surfaces like wooden floors, please lift it.
- To prevent damage to the casters when moving on wooden floors, it’s best to lift the chair. While lifting and positioning the chair, take care to keep your hands clear to avoid injury, and be mindful of avoiding foot injuries. Ensure not to release the chair until it is completely flat to avoid damaging the floor.
- Placing mats underneath the massage chair is recommended to protect the floor from damage.

Operation Instructions
Start massage
- Press “ ” to start the massage. Enter the body type detection state (5 indicators flashing back and forth).
- After the body detection, enter the shoulder adjustment state(the shoulder adjustment down key flashes synchronously).
- After the shoulder position is confirmed, it will enter the comfortable message by default. After starting the massage, you can also choose other massage modes for massage.

Operation Instructions for Bluetooth Speaker Play
- The smart device will search for the corresponding Bluetooth model (e.g. IMCM- XXXX), Click the “Match” button. if you are asked whether to match with the device, you just select “Match” to complete matching.
- Turn on “Music Plaver” on the smart device and select the song to play.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean genuine leather and plastic parts
- Gently wipe the genuine leather and plastic parts with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like thinner, gasoline, or alcohol for cleaning.
- Follow the instructions provided with commercially available leather care products.
- For tough stains on vegan leather:
- Dampen a soft cloth with water or a 3% to 5% neutral detergent solution.
- Wipe the affected area.
- Rinse with another cloth soaked in clean water and wrung out.
- Dry with a soft, wrung cloth and let it air dry naturally.
- For stubborn stains, use commercially available melamine foam soaked in neutral detergent.
- Do not use a hair dryer to dry the surface.
- Be cautious when cleaning with denim or coloured fabrics to prevent colour transfer.
- Avoid prolonged contact with plastic to prevent discolouration.
- Cover genuine leather when using hair dye to prevent potential staining.
