Product Usage Instructions

  • Power On and Tablet Remote Control Operation:
    • To power on the massage chair, press the power switch. The Osaki interface will be displayed on the tablet remote control screen. Wait for a while to enter the Warning Tips pages. Press the power switch on the top right of the tablet controller to turn on/off the tablet controller.
  • Automatic Massage Programs:
    • Press the Auto button on the tablet remote to access the Automatic massage programs interface. You can choose from various programs like Neck & Shoulder Care, Upper body Care, Waist Care, Lower body Care, and Full body Reenergize. Each program has a default working time of 15 minutes.
  • Manual Massage Program and Air Bag Settings:
    • You can access Manual massage programs by pressing the Manual button on the tablet remote. For Airbag settings, press the Air button on the tablet remote to adjust settings.
  • Adjusting Massage Intensity and Settings:
    • Use the 4D intensity adjustment button on the massage chair to customize the massage intensity. Press the setting button on the tablet remote to set preferences for Massage, Heat, Language, and other settings.
  • Safety Features:

Precautions before use

  • To avoid accidents, like being pressed or stuck by the product, please ensure whether there are children, pets, or other items within the scope of operation before starting the product.
  • Please regularly check the cushion and the inside and outside of the protective sleeve of the driving part of massage (back, buttock, leg), change immediately in case of tear or wear and use after changing.
  • During massage, your skin may be injured or painful because of friction, such as legs, back or other parts. Please be sure to wear clothes during use.
  • When reaching a certain temperature, the warm function will turn off automatically. After being familiar with the hot position of the massage chair, please pay attention to prevent the corresponding parts from contacting the skin directly or exposing for a long time.
  • Please don’t put the remote control under the body, which may cause an accident.
  • Please protect the remote control carefully and put it on the remote-control bracket of the product.

  • The program of the product is made and designed based on adults, and people less than 57 inch will not be scanned accurately. The recommended height is 59 inches ~ 74.8 inches.

Start-up Method and Mobile Method

  • Start-up Method
    • Please press the power button Automatic massage and manual massage can be selected after powering on and reading all the warnings. And the default massage time is set at 15 minutes.
  • Press the button to select the massage mode you want.
    • Automatic massage program
    • Please choose the massage that suits you best according to your body part, body condition and your preferences.
    • Manual massage program
    • You can choose the massage methods and massage parts, or you can adjust the intensity of the pressure massage and the speed.
  • If you need to stop running, turn off the power
    • After the power button is pressed, the combination of the massage ball, back and leg automatically returns to its original position.
  • Need confirmation after use.
    • After the massage chair is all stopped, please put the remote control in the remote control package.
    • When you are not using the massage chair, please turn the power switch to the “OFF” state.
    • After turning off the power, please unplug it.
    • If the massage chair is not used for a long time, dust and dirt will be on the machine parts of the massage chair, which may hurt the use of the massage chair. Please cover the massage chair with a cloth.

Moving Method

  • When you turn the power switch to the “OFF” state, please unplug it.
  • Press the back backward to lift the front of the massage chair as shown in the figure, and place the rear wheel of the machine on the floor for support, then move the massage chair slowly and carefully.
  • After moving the massage chair to a suitable position, slowly loosen the back and land the front. Please do not damage the massage chair during this process.

Attention

  • To prevent damage during movement, please be sure to pull the power cord from the massage chair before moving.
  • Be careful when putting down the massage chair, or the impact may damage the internal parts of the massage chair.
  • Use the massage chair only on a flat ground.
  • Please note that the floor may be damaged when using massage chair wheels for moving in a floor-paved room.
