Product Usage Instructions
Control Panel
- Move up: Press the corresponding button to raise the desk.
- Move down: Press the corresponding button to lower the desk.
- Height preset 1-4: Save your preferred heights by pressing the Memory button and then 1/2/3/4.
Troubleshooting
- Hot: Allow the electric motor to cool down for 20 minutes before replugging it.
- E10: Check motor and control panel connections when experiencing power issues.
- E20: Remove weight from the desk if an overload alarm occurs.
- E02: Ensure the desk is on an even surface to avoid rebound/vibration issues.
- E32: Check connections and power off in case of an overvoltage alarm.
- E31: Power off and check connections if an undervoltage alarm is triggered.
- E60: Reinstall both legs at the same height if there’s a height difference alarm.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Hot
| Over-heating protection. Plug it off, allow the electric motor to cool down for 20 minutes, then replug it.

| Power it off and check the connection of the motor and control panel.

| Overload alarm. Remove the weight of the desk and replace the power connector.
E02
| Rebound/vibration protection. Check if the desk stands on an even surface or if there are no blocking objects under the desk.
E32
| Overvoltage alarm. Power off first and check whether the connection is proper.
E31
| Undervoltage alarm. Power off first and check whether the connection is proper.
E60
| Alarms when the height difference between left and right legs exceeds the
set value. Power off first and reinstall both legs at the same height.
RESET
Adjust the desk to the lowest position (by pressing ).
In the lowest position click and hold button for 5 seconds.

- After 14 days from the first assembly, re-tighten all bolts.
- Before using the product, make sure that it has been correctly assembled and is placed on an even, stable surface.
- Do not stand on the seats, tabletops, armrests, or headrests, or swing in or lean out of the chairs.
- Do not place the product less than 1 m away from active heat sources.
- Periodically inspect the condition of the product and re-tighten any loose connections.
- Do not exceed the maximum load for the particular product (information in the instructions).
- Failure to observe the rules mentioned above may result in permanent health impairment.
- Sharp, heavy, and rough objects, as well as pet claws, may damage the material / eco-leather / tabletop.
- Before adjusting the height of the tabletop, make sure that there are no people or objects next to or under the desk.
