SAFETY & WARNINGS
CAUTION: Improper handling may cause serious injury. Follow all safety instructions carefully.
- Read all instructions carefully and retain this user guide for future reference.
- Do not dismantle the water flosser as doing so may create a risk of electric shock.
- Do not fill the reservoir with water above 40°C to avoid scorching.
- If the water flosser falls into water during charging, unplug the power adapter from the electrical outlet and disconnect the cable from the charging port. Then, remove the water flosser from the water to avoid electric shock.
- Do not throw the water flosser into fire or expose it to heat.
- Do not charge or place the water flosser in a hot or humid environment and avoid direct sunlight.
- During charging, do not unplug the power adapter with wet hands.
- A power adapter is not provided with this water flosser. Use a power adapter with an output voltage of DC5V, such as the mobile phone power adapter. Before use, check whether the voltage indicated on the power adapter meets the local voltage requirements.
- If the water flosser is not used for a long time, unplug the power adapter to avoid fire and other hazards.
- To keep the water flosser clean, use running water or warm water during operation. After use, operate the water flosser for 2-3 seconds to drain the remaining water.
- Do not attempt to repair this water flosser yourself. If the water flosser is damaged, cease use immediately and contact help.Kogan.com for support.
- Do not use the water flosser without the nozzle attached.
- This water flosser is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Children above 6 years must be supervised by an adult.
- Charge the water flosser at room temperature.
- When charging at a low temperature (below 15°C), the battery life may be shortened. Additionally, if the temperature is too low (below 0°C), the water flosser may be unable to charge.

OPERATION
Charging
WARNING: If the charging port gets wet, wipe it with a dry cloth before connecting the charging cable.
If you press the Power button and the power indicators flash at the same time, the battery power is low and needs to be charged. To charge the water flosser:
1. Remove the charging port cap. Insert the USB-C end of the provided
charging cable into the charging port.
2. Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to a power adapter (not
provided). Connect the power adapter to an electrical outlet.

3. During charging, the power indicators flash. After charging, the power indicators illuminate solidly.

Attach the Nozzle
Insert the nozzle into the nozzle holder on top of the main unit until it clicks into place.
Cleaning Solution

Below is a list of liquids that can be put into the reservoir and used for cleaning. Do not use any other liquids as this may cause malfunction.
o Tap water.
o Warm water (40°C or lower).
o Mouthwash. -
Remove the reservoir and fill it with water. After filling, attach the reservoir to the water flosser.

If you are using a concentrated mouthwash, dilute it with water and fill the reservoir with mouthwash.
Mode
Press the Mode button to select the desired water pressure (1→2→3→4→5→6→7→8→9 ). The corresponding mode indicator will illuminate.

Power On/Off

Insert the nozzle into your mouth and press the Power button to start cleaning. The indicators will illuminate during cleaning.

Press the Power button again to turn the water flosser off.

If no water sprays out for a long time, remove the nozzle, and press the valve in the water outlet intermittently with a tool with a diameter of less than 6mm until water sprays out.
Cleaning
-
Lean forward and open your mouth slightly during cleaning to flush water from your mouth. Avoid opening your mouth wide.

The main body is equipped with a waterproof mechanism, so you can use it with confidence even if it gets wet.

The direction of the nozzle can be rotated 360°. Adjust it to the direction that is easiest to use.

If the tip of the water supply hose inside the reservoir rises above the water surface, water will not come out. Adjust the direction of the main body and use it with the end of the hose submerged.

Aim the water between the teeth and gums, then move slowly along the gums from the molars (back teeth) to the front teeth. Clean the surfaces and backs of the teeth.
After Use

Press and hold the Nozzle Release button and pull the nozzle upward to remove it.

Open the back of the reservoir and discard the remaining water in the reservoir after each use.

Press the Power button to power on the water flosser and drain the remaining water from the water outlet. When water stops coming out, press the Power button again to turn it off.

If there is remaining dirt inside the reservoir, put a small amount of lukewarm water (40°C or less) in the reservoir and wash it a little, then perform the above.

To keep it clean, rinse the nozzle with water after each use and let it dry.
CLEANING & CARE
- Clean the water flosser with clean water or neutral detergent. Rinse well with water to ensure no detergent is present after cleaning.
- Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergent as this will damage the water flosser.
- Do not clean with hot water over 40°C.
- Do not submerge the main body into water to clean it. Wipe it with a dry cloth, a wet cloth or rinse it with running water and then dry with a cloth.
- If the nozzle is damaged, replace it with the provided spare nozzle.
- It is recommended to change the nozzle every three months.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Possible Causes | Solution |

Water pressure is very low.| The nozzle is worn, deformed, or clogged with
dust.| Replace the nozzle.
Water does not come out.| There is no water in the reservoir.| Fill the
reservoir with water.
The tip of the water supply hose inside the reservoir has risen above the
water surface.| Adjust the direction of the main unit so that the tip of the
water supply hose is below the surface of the water.
It may take some time to absorb water.| This is normal.
Short usage time after charging.| The charging cable is not properly
connected.| Ensure that the charging cable is securely connected to the
charging port on the main body and the power adapter, and the power adapter is
connected to the electrical outlet.
Battery life.| If charging is completed normally and the usage time is still
short, the battery might be at the end of its life. Contact help.Kogan.com for
