Product Usage Instructions

Blending

  1. Place the Blender on the Motor Unit and lock it into position.
  2. Prepare fruits or vegetables and cut them into small cubes.

  5. Add ingredients through the central opening of the lid during operation.

OPERATION

Before first use

  • Remove any packaging material, labels, or stickers before first use.
  • Clean all the parts and accessories except the motor base in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
  • Note: Care should always be taken when cleaning the blades.

Blending

  1. Place the Blender on the Motor Unit in the unlock position and rotate clockwise until the Blender locks into position on the motor base. If the blender is not locked in place, the blender will not work.
  2. Peel and core fruits or vegetables and then cut them into small cubes approximately 1cm in size.
  3. Place the prepared food pieces into the Blender. Ensure that the mixture does not exceed the maximum level indicated on the blending jar.
    • Note: Adding purified water ensures the appliance operates smoothly
    • Notes: Never use boiling liquids or run the appliance empty. Do not use the Blender for blending meat.
  4. Place the lid on the blender and ensure that it is securely attached.
  5. During operation, you can add ingredients through the central opening of the lid.
  6. Connect the plug to the electrical outlet and set the speed selector knob to your desired speed. There are four settings: P, 0, 1, 2:
    • 0 – off
    • 1 – low speed
    • 2 – high speed
    • P – pulse
  7. Turn the speed selector knob to the 0 position once the mixture has reached your desired consistency.
    • Note: The total operating time should not exceed 1 minute. After one cycle allow the motor to rest for 1 minute. If the desired consistency is not reached, you can blend more than once carefully remove the lid, and then pour and serve.

Food Processor

  1. Begin by assembling the drive shaft into the motor base, ensuring it is securely clipped into position.

  2. Place the bowl on the motor base from the unlock position and gently turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into the position on the motor base. Confirm that it is correctly assembled, as the appliance will not operate otherwise.

  3. Insert the knife blade securely into the drive shaft in the bowl, ensuring it is locked into position.

  4. Place the prepared food into the bowl. The food must be cut into small pieces first (e.g., 2cmx2cmx6cm for beef). While chopping, use the feeding funnel and pusher to add food.

    • Warning: Never use of hands or fingers to push food into the feeding funnel.
  5. Place the lid onto the bowl and turn it clockwise until the tab of the lid clicks into the slot in the bowl handle. Confirm that it is securely locked in position; otherwise, the appliance will not operate.

  6. Connect the appliance to the power supply and set the Speed Selector to your desired speed. There are four settings: P, 0, 1, 2:

    • 0 – off
    • 1 – low speed
    • 2 – high speed
    • P – pulse
    • Caution: The total operating time should not be more than 90 sec. You can chop up to 400g of the following ingredients:
    • Hard ingredients: cheese, dried fruits, and certain vegetables (carrots, celery, etc.)
    • Soft ingredients: certain vegetables (onions, spinach, etc.)
    • Raw and cooked meat (boned and sliced)
  7. Turn the Speed Selector to the “0” position and unplug the appliance after chopping.

    • Open the top lid grasp the blade by its hub and remove. Unlock the chopping jar by turning it anti-clockwise away from the motor base and lift it off. Empty the processed food.
      Caution: The “S” blade is extremely sharp, and handles with care.

    • Tip: For a quick wash between processing, pour some water into the bowl, turn, and hold the speed selector to the “P” position for a few seconds.

Kneading/Mixing

  1. Begin by assembling the drive shaft into the motor base, ensuring it is securely clipped into position.
  2. Place the bowl on the motor unit from the unlock position and gently turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into the position on the motor base. Confirm that it is correctly assembled, as the appliance will not operate otherwise.
  3. Securely insert the plastic blade onto the drive shaft in the bowl.
  4. Measure the flour using the food pusher and place it into the bowl. The maximum quantity of flour is 375g.
  5. Place the lid onto the bowl and turn it clockwise until the tab of the lid clicks into the slot in the bowl handle. Confirm that it is securely locked in position; otherwise, the appliance will not operate.
  6. Insert the food pusher into the feeding funnel.
  7. Add one tablespoon of oil to the appliance from the feeding funnel. Connect the appliance to the power supply. Turn the speed selector to the “2” setting.
  8. Slowly add water (the maximum quantity is 225g using the feeding funnel within a 20-second window.
    • Note: The food pusher also can be used as a measuring cup for measuring oil or water.
  9. The ratio of the flour and water is 5:3. Flour and water must not exceed 600g, Ensure the quantity of the water does not exceed the maximum specified water quantity.
    • Note:
    • Add some more water if the processing speed slows down during operation to make the motor run smoothly, otherwise, the motor may be damaged.
    • During kneading/mixing, to avoid shaking, press the lid with one hand while holding the handle with the other hand.
  10. Stop the process by turning the speed selector to the “0” position as soon as the pastry starts to form a ball.
    • Caution: The total operation time should be no more than 60 seconds. With a minimum 2-minute rest period between cycles. At least a 30-minute rest period is required to let the appliance cool down after 3 operating cycles.
  11. Unplug the appliance, detach the cover, firstly remove the plastic blade, then remove the dough.

Beating and Whisking

  1. Start by assembling the drive shaft into the motor base, ensuring it is securely clipped into position.
  2. Place the bowl on the motor base from the unlock position and gently turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into the position on the motor base. Confirm that it is correctly assembled, as the appliance will not operate otherwise.
  3. Securely insert the whisk into the drive shaft in the bowl.
  4. Place the ingredients into the bowl. You can use it to prepare egg whites (up to 3 egg whites).
  5. Place the lid onto the bowl and turn it clockwise until the tab of the lid clicks into the slot in the bowl handle. Confirm that it is securely locked in position; otherwise, the appliance will not operate.
  6. Set the speed selector to the high speed “2”.
    • Note: Never use this whisk to knead dough or mix cake mixtures.
  7. Do not run the appliance for more than 2 minutes at a time.

Slicing/Julienning/Shredding

  1. Begin by assembling the drive shaft into the motor base, ensuring it is securely clipped into position.
  2. Place the bowl on the motor base from the unlock position and gently turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into the position on the motor base. Confirm that it is correctly assembled, as the appliance will not operate otherwise.
  3. Fit the shredding blade, slicing blade, or julienne blade (coarse or fine) into the disk stand, placing them in the bowl.
    • Note: For assembling, first push in the no-block side, then push in the other side. For disassembling the blade from the disk stand, first, push out one side with no block, then push out the other side.
  4. Place the lid onto the bowl and turn it clockwise until the tab of the lid clicks into the slot in the bowl handle. Confirm that it is securely locked in position; otherwise, the appliance will not operate.
  5. Turn the speed selector to the 1 or 2 setting to start.
    • Note: The shredding/slicing/julienne blades can slice thickly – potatoes, onions, thinly – cucumbers, beetroot, apples, and carrots.
  6. Use the food pusher to feed food into the feeding funnel. You can slice/julienne up to 800g of food.
    • Caution: A minimum 2-minute rest period must be maintained after one operation cycle. At least a 30-minute rest period is required to let the appliance cool down after 3 operating cycles.
  7. Turn the speed selector to the “0” position and unplug the unit after processing.
    • Remove the blade assembly. Unlock the bowl by turning it counterclockwise away from its base and lift it off. Empty the processed food.
    • Caution: The blades are extremely sharp, and handle with care.

Citrus Juicer

  1. Place the bowl on the motor unit and turn it clockwise until it locks into position. Confirm that it is correctly assembled, as the appliance will not operate otherwise.
  2. Place the filter into the bowl, turning it clockwise until it clicks into place. Then place the gearbox into the spindle and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place.
    • Note: Only when the filter and drive shaft are assembled correctly, the appliance will operate once the speed selector is turned on.
  3. Fit the corresponding citrus cone onto the drive shaft.
  4. Place half a citrus fruit onto the cone.
  5. Set the speed selector to “1” to start the appliance. The extracted juice will flow through the filter, with the rough flesh and pith remaining on the filter. The juice will flow into the bowl.

CLEANING & CARE

Blender

  1. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
  2. Pour a little warm water into the bowl, turn, and hold the speed selector to the P position for a few seconds.
  3. Remove the bowl and rinse it under running water. Remove the Bowl Cover and Measuring Cup, then immerse the Top Lid and Measuring Cup in water and clean them with a soft brush. Finally, clean them with a damp cloth. Caution: The blade base can be disassembled for cleaning.
  4. Wipe the outside of the base with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water, as electric shock is possible to occur. Then dry it thoroughly. Ensure the interlock area is free of food particles.

Food Processor

  1. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
  2. Empty the processing bowl, dismantle all detachable parts, and rinse them in warm soapy water. Exercise extreme caution when handling the blade as it is very sharp. All accessories, except for the motor base, are dishwasher-safe components, but the temperature setting should not exceed 70°C. Then, dry them thoroughly.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the base with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water, as electric shock is possible. Then, dry it thoroughly. Ensure the interlock area is free of any food particles.

Kneading and Mixing

  1. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.

Slicing/Julienning/Shredding

  1. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
  2. Empty the bowl and remove the disk stand from the bowl. Then, remove the shredding/slicing/julienne blade from the disk stand, the pusher from the lid, and the lid from the bowl. Immerse the lid, pusher, bowl, disk stand, and the shredding/slicing/julienne blade in water and clean them with a soft brush. Exercise extreme caution when handling the blades as they are very sharp.
    • Note: For disassembling the disks from the disk stand, first push out one side with no block, then push out the other side. For assembling, first, push in the no-block side, then push in the other side.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the base with a cloth. Never immerse it in water, as electric shock is possible. Then, dry it thoroughly. Ensure the interlock area is free of any food particles.
  • Note: Some foods may discolor the disk stand. This is normal and will not harm the plastic or affect the flavor of food. Rub with a cloth dipped with vegetable oil to remove discoloration.
  • This marking indicates that this appliance should not be disposed of with other household wastes.
