Cutting List:
- 6 pcs 28 x 145 x 450 mm (Hearts)
- 4 pcs 45 x 70 x 380 mm (Legs)
- 31 pcs 20 x 40 x 1500 mm (Joists)
Build Description:
All measurements are approximate and can be adjusted according to needs.
- Glue together three planks with dimensions 28x145x450 mm. Make three sets of these end pieces.
- Draw a heart shape on one of the glued-together end pieces. Tip! Make the heart a little flat on top.
- Cut out the shape with a band saw or jigsaw. Use it as a template for the other two ends and cut these out as well.
- Make four legs with the dimensions 45x70x380 mm. Cut the ends at a 45-degree angle.
- Screw or nail the legs to two of the ends.
- Nail the hearts to the joist. Start with the one in the middle at the top.
- Continue with the rest of the joists. By the legs you might need extra pieces to fasten the joists.
- Good work! Now the heart bench is ready.
