Installation Steps
- Ensure the handlebar riser kit is complete with all components.
- Clean the handlebar area where the riser will be installed using the provided cleaner.
- Apply fitting lubricant to the mounting surfaces of the handlebar and the riser.
- Align the riser with the handlebar and insert the screws. Use the provided vis and tighten to 19Nm torque using a torque wrench.
- Apply thread-locking fluid to secure the screws in place.
- Tighten the screws one after the other as shown.
- All lines must be checked for free movement!
