Torque Specifications:
- Brake line with banjo bolt M10x1: 24 Nm
- Clutch line with banjo bolt M10x1: 22 Nm
- Step1 M6x30: 8 Nm
- Step2 M6x30: 8 Nm
- Step1 M8x30: 24 Nm
- Step2 M8x30: 24 Nm
- M3,5×30: 2 Nm
- M2,5×15: 0.4 Nm
- M12x75: 19 Nm
Fitting Tips:

Use fitting lubricant during assembly.

Apply fitting lubricant to the components.

Install the Lenker Drag Bar handlebar.

Connect the brake line to the handlebar using the provided M10x1 banjo bolt. Torque it to 24 Nm.

Connect the clutch line to the handlebar using the provided
M10x1 banjo bolt. Torque it to 22 Nm. -
Follow the specified torque values for Step1 and Step2 for the respective screws and bolts.

Secure the screws with thread locking fluid (freinfilets) where specified.

Complete the installation by torquing the remaining screws as per their specified torque values.

Ensure all screws are properly tightened and secure.

INSTRUCTION
- Remove the parts in the order listed.
- Brake line with banjo bolt M10x1 24 Nm
Clutch line with banjo bolt M10x1 22 Nm
Fit the
attached brake and clutch lines and bleed them according to the manufacturer‘s
instructions. Threading the cable harness.
Align
the handlebars, clutch and brake assembly. Mark and drill the fastenings of
the grip units. Connect the threaded wiring harness.
