Product Usage Instructions
SM – Security Monitoring:
The SM switches monitor the locked/unlocked status and the status of the
auxiliary latch. To ensure a secure signal, the lockset must be locked with
the main latch extended and the auxiliary latch depressed. If any of these
conditions are not met, the lockset will go into an unsecured mode.
Electrical Specifications:
Ensure the following wiring diagram is followed:
- Black Wire – Common
- Green Wire – Closed Loop Secure
- Brown Wire – Open Loop Secure

NOTE: Mainly used as a dry contact monitoring switch
Installation:
- Connect the wires as per the wiring diagram provided.
