SETUP
Connection to USB
Initial steps
The headset comes with a charging stand including the mounted dongle and connection mode set to dongle. For a successful setup, please follow the following steps:
- Connect the supplied power/data cable into both the USB Type-C port located in the stand and the USB Type-A port located on your supported device.
- Place the stand on a sturdy surface to avoid any wobbly movement.
- Place the headset in the charging stand. When the charging stand is powered, the headset will sense the docking state and get ready for activation.
- Lift the headset from the charging stand in order to activate the headset and connect to your device.
An active dongle connection is indicated with a single white flash in the headset light array and a constant white light on the dongle.
CONNECTION
Dongle connection
The headset is pre-paired with the dongle and mounted in the stand. The dongle can be removed from the stand and placed in any other supported device. This makes it possible to have separate locations for the charging stand and dongle.
Bluetooth connection
Move the connection mode switch to Bluetooth connection. If the headset hasn’t been paired with a device before, it will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, signaling its status with frequent blue flashes. If it has been paired to one or more devices, it will automatically reconnect to the last connected device within range. An active Bluetooth connection is indicated with a single blue flash in the light array.
During the initial pairing, the headset will already be in Bluetooth pairing mode.
USB connection
Connect the supplied cable between the USB Type-C port located on the right cup of the headset and the USB Type-A port in your supported device.
BLUETOOTH
Pairing
- Place the connection mode switch in the center position to enter Bluetooth mode.
- Hold the switch in the top position for 2 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Release the switch back to the center position.
MICROPHONE
Microphones
This headset includes several microphones for voice pick up and voice clarity enhancement via Environmental noise cancelling (ENC).
Boom microphone
This microphone is designed to provide the user with clear communication
Microphone mute and mute button
Either push the mute button or flip up the boom microphone to mute.
The mute status is communicated with a red light on the boom arm while it is flipped down.
FUNCTIONS
Media control crown
- Turn crown clockwise to increase volume
- Turn crown counterclockwise to decrease volume
- Push crown once to play/pause media
- Push crown twice to select next track
- Push crown three times to restart current track or select previous track
Connection mode switch
Place the switch in the downward position to enter dongle connection mode Place the switch in the center position to enter bluetooth mode.
Hold the switch in the top position for 2 seconds to enter bluetooth pairing mode.
Power button
Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn the headset on or off.
Press the button to review current battery status, indicated by the Light array, see the Light array section for more information.
RGB button
Press the button to turn the ambient Light array on or off.
Light array
The headset communicates with the user via the light array on each cup.

The array can also enrich your surrounding by activating the ambient light effect, this effect can be turned on or off by pressing the RGB button.
EQ button and EQ mode indicator
This headset includes an advanced Digital signal processor (DSP) which can tailor the sound for the optimum listening experience.
Toggle between three unique tuning profiles by pressing the EQ button on the headset.
- Fractal balanced tuning – A safe tuning for a widely optimized sound experience
- Focus tuning – Enhanced midrange for vocal and micro dynamic clarity
- Heavy tuning – Increased low end for a weightier sound
A light on the EQ mode indicator shows the currently active profile.

Lights up while connected to a headset
Pairing button
- Click the pairing button to toggle the status LED between low, medium and high brightness levels
- Press and hold for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode
- Press and hold for 10 seconds to factory reset the dongle
POWER
Power On / Off
To turn on the headset, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
To turn off the headset, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

Placing the headset in the stand when powered on will deactivate the headset and put it in a resting state.
Headset deactivation with charging stand
Lifting the headset from the charging stand will activate the headset and connect it to the dongle or a paired bluetooth device.
