Terms & Conditions – Samsung Delight Offer

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces a Samsung Delight offer also known as Eco-system Offer or Multi-buy offer (“Offer”) on any variant of Galaxy S24 Series, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Tab S9 series (“Primary Device”) & any variant of Galaxy Watch6 Series (“Secondary Device”).

2. Customer who purchase/d Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Tab S9 series (any variant) between 1st Apr 2024 until 15th May 2024 (“Offer Period”) shall be eligible for the offer.

3. Basis this Offer, customer will get additional discount (over and above the existing affordability offers) of INR 4,000/- on purchase of Galaxy Watch 6 (any variant).

4. A customer can purchase Primary Device from both Online and Offline Channels to be eligible for the Offer. The online purchase can be done either on Samsung Shop (i.e. either  https://samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop app), or on online third party portal i.e. either Amazon or Flipkart (herein after referred to as “Online Outlet/ Online Portal”), whereas the offline purchase can be done at the select Samsung stores (hereinafter referred to as “Offline Outlet”).

5. Customer participation in the Offer is voluntary.

6. Mentioned offer cannot be converted or used in any other form other than instant discount on purchase of Galaxy Watch6 (subject to purchase of Primary Device).

7. Samsung Delight offer on Online Outlet and details below:
   a. Offer at Samsung Shop (i.e. either https://[samsung.com](http://samsung.com)/in or Samsung Shop app):
   New Primary device purchase during Offer Period:

   • In case the Customer purchase Primary Device on Online Outlet/ Online Portal during the Offer Period, customer shall be informed about the Offer via on site promotion, buy together recommendation/ add to cart prompt and/or other possible communications.

   •  To avail the discount, customer shall add Galaxy Watch6 of their choice in the same
     bill of Primary Device. Samsung Shop will facilitate instant discount of INR 4,000/over and above any other applicable discount (Bank cashback, upgrade and coupon)

   • The price of the Primary & Secondary Device as listed on the Online Outlet/ Online Portal shall be inclusive of all taxes.

   • The shipping of the Primary/ Secondary Device will be subject to availability of stocks.
     b. Offer through third party (i.e. Amazon or Flipkart) Online Outlet/ Online Portal

   1. Customer purchasing Primary device during the Offer Period shall only be eligible for the Offer.
   2. Customer to purchase Primary Device & Secondary Device together.
   3. Third Party online portal to provide Vendor Powered Coupon (VPC)* or in-bill/ incart# discount worth INR 4,000/- to facilitate Samsung Delight offer.

• VPC: Applicable on M/s Amazon # In-Bill/ In Cart: Applicable on M/s FlipKart 4. This offer will be subject to stocks availability with the third party
  Samsung will not be responsible or liable for respectively

  * Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
  * Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
  * Any late transmissions or entries;
  * Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
  * Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device;
  * Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or product(s) due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies or operational & technical issues or for any other reason beyond its control;
  * Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances;

  7. Samsung Delight offer via select Samsung Stores (“Offline Outlet”):
  8. Customer shall complete the purchase of primary device within the Samsung delight offer period.
  9. All eligible customers can avail the offer via MyGalaxy App (post registration).
  10. Customer to share the offer coupon code Generated via MyGalaxy App with the Samsung SEC (Samsung Brand promoter/ Sales agent) available at the store.
  11. Automated system to check the validity of the Offer and upon clearance of all system checks retailer shall pass the cash discount of INR 4,000/- to the customer.
  12. Customer can chose to select and purchase Secondary Device within 7 days of Primary Device purchase.
  13. Primary Device bought from offline channel will only be eligible for the Offer.
  14. Customer can chose the buy Secondary Device from the same offline outlet from where he/ she purchased Primary device or any other authorized Samsung Watch selling Offline Outlet.
  15. Customer’s participation is voluntary.
  16. This Offer provided by Offline Outlet is subject to stock availability

  18. This Offer available until stocks lasts.
  19. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
  20. In case customer do not comply with the timelines mentioned for each respective step i.e. purchase of Primary Device & Secondary Device during Offer Period, then customer shall not be eligible for the Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or against its authorized partners in this regard.
  21. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi, India.
