Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Keyboard
- Charge the keyboard using the Type C to USB cable. Wait until the red charging light stops turning on before removing the cable.
Turning On the Keyboard
- Switch on the keyboard by moving the power button located on the front left side to the right.
Wireless Connection
- To establish a wireless connection, insert the dongle (USB included) into your device and press and hold the Wireless key (F4).
Bluetooth Connection
- Press and hold either the BT1 or BT2 key for 3 seconds as needed. The BT indicator will flash. Search for the device name “KBW-400” on your computer to pair.
Sleep Mode
- If there is no activity for 5 minutes, the keyboard will enter sleep mode. Press any key to wake it up.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Charge the keyboard with the Type C to USB cable from either a powered device or charger.
- The time may vary until the red charging light (upper right) stops turning on, then the cable can be removed.
- Subsequently, turn on the keyboard on the button that is on the front, left side, you have to move it to the right.
Wireless connection
- It is necessary to connect the dongle (USB included) to the port of the device and keep the Wireless (F4) key pressed.
Connection BT
- Press and hold the BT1, and BT 2 keys as required for 3 seconds, the BT indicator flashes, and search the device name “KBW-400” on your computer, in total there are 3 different devices you can connect.
Sleep mode
- After no operation for 5 minutes, the device enters the power-saving Sleep mode.
- Sleep / Wake: Press any key to wake up.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If your keyboard or mouse doesn’t work at all:
- Make sure the USB receiver is well connected to the USB port of your computer.
- Make sure your computer is working properly.
- Try to change the receiver to another USB port.
- If it is by BT, try deactivating and activating the Bluetooth connectivity of the computer.
- Verify that the keyboard is correctly charged.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
- Avoid spilling liquids on your keyboard, since it can cause a malfunction.
- Clean your keyboard with a dry cloth.
- Do not attempt to operate this product in conditions other than normal, failure to do so may cause equipment damage or cause electric shock.

Vorago equipment and/or accessories are covered by a limited warranty for the time indicated in the annexed validity table, counting from the date of acquisition, against any manufacturing and operation defect, provided they have been used under normal conditions of use during the warranty period and for which it was manufactured. Responsibilities
- The total responsibility of Vorago will be to repair or replace the product, including labor and parts, at no cost to the buyer when it is returned to the point of sale, presenting this warranty policy properly completed and stamped by the establishment where it was purchased. How to obtain warranty support
- Warranty claims are processed through the point of sale, during the first 15 days after the purchase, as long as they meet the requirements. Guarantee claims that can not be processed through the point of sale and any concerns related to the product purchased should be sent with the prepaid guide by Vorago to the address of the Vorago headquarters in Francisco Villa No. 3, Col. San Agustín, CP 45645, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, Mexico.
- Except in situations of force majeure or fortuitous events, the repair time in no case will be greater than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the equipment in Vorago.
Exclusions
This warranty is as valid in the following cases:
- a) When the product had been used in conditions other than normal.
- b) When the product has not been operated under the instructions for use.
- c) When the product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons by Vorago.
