OPERATION

Charging

• Before first use, charge the massager for about 2.5 hours to fully charge it.
• During charging, the massager cannot be powered on or used.
• It is normal for the massager and adapter to heat up slightly during charging.
• Connect the USB-C connector to the charging port and connect the USB-A connector to a 5V/2A USB power adapter (not supplied) and plug it into an electrical outlet.

Wearing the massager

• Check that the product is not damaged before use.
• Remove necklaces, metal accessories, etc. to avoid discomfort during use.
• Adopt a comfortable posture and completely relax your body.
• Wear the massager on the shoulder and neck, adjust it to the most comfortable position and then begin use.

Power on/off

• To power on the massager, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The indicator will illuminate red.
• To power off the massager, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The indicator will switch off.

Switch mode

• Press the mode button to change modes.
• There are two modes:
• Mode 1: Vitality mode.
• Mode 2: Relaxation mode.
• The massager will be in vitality mode by default when it is powered on.

Hot compress

• Press the heating button to turn the hot compress off/on.
• The hot compress will be on by default when the massager is powered on.

Massage intensity

• Press the intensity button to switch between the two levels of massage intensity.
• The massager will be on level 1 intensity by default when it is powered on.

Timer

• The default working time of the massager is 10 minutes.
• After 10 minutes, the massager will automatically power off.
• If you need to continue the massage, power the massager on again.

CLEANING & CARE

Cleaning

• Before cleaning, ensure the electrical outlet is switched off and the power plug has been removed from the outlet. Never touch the electrical outlet with wet hands.
• To clean the massager, use a cloth dampened with water or 75% alcohol to wipe the surface.
• Allow the massager to air dry.
• Do not use water or other liquids to rinse the massager.
• Do not use corrosive cleaning agents such as benzene or thinner to clean the massager, as it may cause discoloration and corrosion.

Maintenance

• Keep the massager clean and away from places with high humidity or high temperature and environments with volatile gases.
• Avoid exposure to moisture, rodents, and dirt.

Storage

• If the massager will not be used for a long time, cover it with a dust cover (not provided) to prevent it accumulating dust.

Removing the battery:

1. Disconnect the power from the battery and remove the massager casing.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Recycle the battery immediately according to your local environmental protection laws.
