Product Usage Instructions

• Setting Up
  • Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
  • On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth, and search for nearby devices.
  • Select EPS-SPDIB to pair with your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a voice prompt. From now on, any audio played on your device will be transmitted through the TWS earbuds.
• Function Operation
  • Power on: Press and hold the Control button until the earbud powers on.
  • Power off: Press and hold the Control button until the earbud powers off.
  • Play/Pause: Press once.
  • Volume up: Press 3 times on the Right earbud.
  • Volume down: Press 3 times on the Left earbud.
  • Play the next track: Press twice on the Right earbud.
  • Play the previous track: Press twice on the Left earbud.
  • Answer/end call: Press once.
  • Reject call: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
  • Activate Voice Assistant (VA): Press and hold for 2 seconds until you hear VA’s bell sound.

  • A: To charge the earbuds, connect the USB-C cable to the charging port located at the back of the case.

OVERVIEW

The controls are not touch- sensitive; instead, physically press the buttons, which are not visibly apparent.

CHARGING

• Fully charge the earbuds and the case before first use with the supplied cable. We recommend using a standard 5V USB wall charger, laptop/PC or powerbank.
• When the case is being charged, the display will show the current battery capacity level.
• Place the earbuds in the case; the indicator on the earbuds turns red, indicating charging. They turn off when fully charged.
• Press and hold the Charging control button to stop charging, and press it again to resume.
• Earbuds will sound an alert when the battery is low.

SETTING UP

1. Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
2. On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth and search for nearby devices.
3. Select EPS-SPDIB to pair with your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a voice prompt. From now on, any audio played on your device will be transmitted through the TWS earbuds.
   • NOTE:
   • If EPS-SPDIB does not appear on the connecting device, retry from step 2.
   • Your earbuds auto-turn off after 3 minutes of no connection. Place them in the charging case and restart from step 1 if needed.
   • The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Excessive volume can harm your hearing.
• Be cautious when using the device while walking, driving or cycling to prevent accidents.
• Caution: This product contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers or other medical devices. Keep it away from individuals with such devices, and consult your doctor before use.
• Store out of reach of children and supervised individuals to prevent accidental ingestion.
• Clean using a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid exposing the earbuds to damp, dusty or prolonged hot/sunny conditions.
• Extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C) may deform the device and diminish battery capacity and lifespan.
• Follow local laws for proper disposal and battery recycling; avoid putting it in curbside bins.

TROUBLESHOOTING

• If sound is only coming from one earbud:
• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Reset synchronisation by placing both earbuds back in the charging case, then take them out and wait until they sync. (If not synchronised, both earbuds flash red and blue; when synced, only one earbud flashes.)
• If earbuds won’t connect to other devices:
• Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• Confirm no other device is paired with the earbuds.
• Keep the earbuds next to the device during the initial connection.
