Product Usage Instructions
Setup and Preparation
- Place the machine on a stable surface with enough space for operation.
- Ensure all components are securely in place.
Adjusting Rollers
- Adjust the upper and lower rollers according to the thickness of the sheet being used.
- The rear roller can be moved to control the degree of rolling.
Bending Process
- Feed the sheet into the machine between the rollers.
- Gradually adjust the rolling process by turning the adjustable rear roller.
Removing Workpiece
- After bending is complete, detach the upper roller from the front for easy removal of the workpiece.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
AS manual round bending machines for stand-alone production
- AS and AS-M round bending machines are designed for rolling fine and medium-thickness sheet steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
- They enable controlled production of sheet bending radii and production of semi-finished products such as pipes, pipe sockets and columns, gutters and half shells, container shells, ventilation pipes and round insulation.
Advanced options
- All AS and AS-M models are equipped with a bending device for tapered workpieces and wire insert grooves for round and spring steel wire.
AS manual
- The manually operated AS models are ideal for single-part and small-batch processing and offer excellent value for money.
- Adjustable upper and lower rollers facilitate sheet feeding. The degree of rolling is adjusted gradually through an adjustable rear roller.
