Product Usage Instructions

Safety Precautions:

Ensure that the pedestal extender is free from any freight damage upon receipt.

What’s Included:

1 Pedestal extender with cable management
4 M5 fastener screws
2 sets of rubber cable sleeve inserts
8 M3 screws for the cable clamps

Tools Required:

Plastic pry tool
Hex key
Phillips screwdriver

Installation Steps:

Step 1:
Pry and remove the rubber topper from the base pedestal.

Step 2:
Insert the pedestal extender into the base pedestal and secure it in place using the provided 4 M5 screws.

Step 3:
Disassemble the retractable cable clamp by unscrewing the outer clamp screw to release the inner clamp and rubber sleeve inserts.

Step 4:
Attach the correct size rubber sleeve inserts to the charging cable with the inner clamp. Adjust the cable height so that it is above the ground when fully retracted. Secure the cable in place using the provided M3 screws. Reattach the outer clamp.

Q: Can I install only one charger on a pedestal?
A: Yes, if you are installing only one charger, save any unused cable sleeve inserts and screws for the inner cable clamp for future use if you decide to add another charger.

GENERAL:
Upon receipt of the pedestal extender with cable management system, thoroughly inspect for any freight damage which should be brought to the attention of the delivery carrier.

What’s Included

(1) Pedestal extender w/cable management
(4) M5 fastener screws
(2) sets of rubber cable sleeve inserts*
(8) M3 screws for the cable clamps*

Tools You Will Need

Plastic pry tool
Hex key
Phillips screwdriver

Save any unused cable sleeve inserts and screws for the inner cable clamp if you are only installing 1 charger on a pedestal. You will need them if you want to add another charger in the future.

Pedestal Extender w/Cable Management Installation

Pry and remove the rubber topper from the base pedestal.
Next, insert the pedestal extender into the base pedestal and use the 4 included M5 screws to secure the pedestal extender into place.
Pull the retractable cable clamp down and disassemble it by unscrewing the outer clamp screw to release the inner clamp and rubber sleeve inserts.
Use the correct size rubber sleeve inserts and attach them to the charging cable with the inner clamp.
Adjust the charging cable such that it is above the ground when the cable management system is fully retracted. Lock the charging cable in place with the (4) M3 screws provided. Reattach the outer clamp.
