LEDVANCE T8 HF LED Tube Light
Introduction
It is mandatory to operate LEDVANCE LED Tubes only with compatible ECGs listed at TUBE FINDER Web app www.ledvance.com/tubefinder or https://www.ledvance.com/professional/services/led-lamps-compatibility/ecg- compatibility/index.jsp File name: LED TUBE T8 UNIVERSAL, T8 HF, T5 HF Gen11 ballast compatibility 2023 LEDVANCE does not accept any responsibility, warranty or liability when using ECGs not mentioned, marked as non-compatible ECGs or when using successor /different Reference No. models of tested ballasts.
The instruction contains important information and notes regarding the installation and operation of the LED TUBE HF. LED tube is suitable as replacement for T8 fluorescent lamps with G13 bi-pin bases. LED TUBE HF can be fitted as a replacement into luminaires operating on electronic control gear (HF). The operating temperature range of LED TUBE T8 HF is restricted. In case of doubt regarding suitability of the application. Please find and measure Tc point and max Tc temperature marked on the product. In case of multi-lamp luminaire application measure Tc max temperature of all installed lamps. Please use a flexible thermo-sensor (e.g. “Type K”). Please find additional temperature relevant information at product datasheet. It is not allowed to connected LED TUBE T8 HF on direct mains (220-240V) or electro magnetic control gear (CCG).

The temperature range of LED TUBE T8 HF is more restricted. In case of doubt regarding the suitability of the application the manufacturer of this lamp should be consulted.

LED TUBE T8 HF emits light only with a limited beam angle, not like a fluorescent tube with 360° output. Due to the characteristic light distribution of the LED TUBE T8 HF, the resulting luminaire light characteristic is likely to change.

The LED TUBE T8 HF is designed for general lighting application (excluding for example explosive atmosphere).
