Fully charge the earbuds and the case before first use with the supplied cable. The charging case display indicates the battery level. The last digit will flash while charging. We recommend using a standard 5V USB wall charger, laptop or PC.
Insert earbuds snugly into the case charging slots – magnets will pull them into place. The earbud LED stays red during charging, then turns off when complete.
Earbuds will sound an alert when the battery is low.
Connect the included cable or your own to the USB-A port for charging other devices.

Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth and search for nearby devices.
Select EPS-PBTW to pair with the your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a voice prompt. From now on, any audio played on your device will be transmitted through the TWS earbuds.
- NOTE:
- If EPS-PBTW does not appear on the connecting device, retry from step 2.
- Your earbuds auto-turn off after 5 minutes of no connection. Place them in the charging case and restart from step 1 if needed.
- The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.

FUNCTION	OPERATION
Power on	Press and hold (approx. 3 sec.) until the earbud powers on.
Power off	Press and hold (approx. 5 sec.) until the earbud powers off.
Play/pause	Tap once.
Volume up	Tap 3 times on the Right earbud.
Volume down	Tap 3 times on the Left earbud.
Play next track	Tap twice on the Right earbud.
Play previous track	Tap twice on the Left earbud.
Answer/end call	Tap once.
Reject call	Tap and hold for 2 seconds.
Activate Voice Assistant (VA)	Tap and hold for 2 seconds until you hear

VA’s bell sound.

Excessive volume can harm your hearing.
Be cautious when using the device while walking, driving, or cycling to prevent accidents.
Caution: This product contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers or other medical devices. Keep it away from individuals with such devices, and consult your doctor before use.
Store out of reach of children and supervised individuals to prevent accidental ingestion.
Clean using a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid exposing the headphones to damp, dusty or prolonged hot/sunny conditions.
Extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C) may deform the device and diminish battery capacity and lifespan.
Follow local laws for proper disposal and battery recycling; avoid putting it in kerbside bins.

If sound is only coming from one earbud:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Reset synchronisation by placing both earbuds back in the charging case, then take them out and wait until they sync. (If not synchronised, both earbuds flash red and white; when synced, only one earbud flashes.)
If earbuds won’t connect to other devices:
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Confirm no other device is paired with the earbuds.
- Keep the earbuds near the device during connection, staying within 10m range.
