Product Usage Instructions

Battery:

Fully charge the battery using the charger supplied before using the product for the first time.
Connect the battery to the cable from the control panel and insert it into the battery compartment on the black inner cover of the pouf.
Close the Velcro and the Cosipouf is ready for use.

Control Panel:

To turn on the heating function, press and hold the control panel for at least 3 seconds.
After switching on, 3 temperature indicator stripes will light up indicating different heat settings.
To turn off the Cosipouf, press and hold the control panel for 3 seconds until the light turns off.

Washing the Cover:

Turn off the Cosipouf and disconnect the battery.
Open the zipper at the bottom of the pouf and detach the cover by following the instructions provided.
Wash the cover according to the washing instructions on the label.
Store the pouf frame and heating system components in a dry area.

WARNING: Not suitable for use by children under 12 years without adult supervision.

Use the Cosipouf with the original battery only, and only charge the battery using the charger supplied. Using another charger may result in injury or damage to the product.
Keep the pouf away from naked flames.
The Cosipouf is not suitable for standing.
Always take the Cosipouf indoors after outdoor use and store it in a dry place. The Cosipouf is not water resistant, so never leave the Cosipouf out in the rain.
WARNING: Do not change any of the Cosipouf components, do not open the components, and do not drill through any of the components.

Cosipoufs user manual

Each Cosipouf features an infrared heating element. The heating element works using a chargeable battery. This battery is charged using the adapter supplied.

Battery

Fully charge the battery using the charger supplied before using the product for the first time. The light on the charger will glow red while the battery is being charged. Once the light glows green, the battery is full and ready for use. Unplug the charger when the battery is fully charged.
Open the Velcro on the side of the Cosipouf and connect the battery to the cable from the control panel. Then insert the battery into the battery compartment on the black inner cover of the pouf. Close the Velcro again.
The Cosipouf is now ready for use.

Tips to ensure a longer battery life:

Do not wait until the battery has run out completely.
Do not charge overnight or unattended.
Disconnect the battery from the adapter immediately when fully charged (green light).

It is possible to purchase an additional battery so that you can use the Cosipouf continuously. If your battery no longer works as it should, it is also possible to replace it with a new one. Use the original Cosipouf battery only. Using another battery may damage the Cosipouf or cause injury or damage to objects or people.

Control panel

The control panel to switch on the heating element can be found on the outside of the pouf.

Turn on the heating function by pressing and holding the control panel for at least 3 seconds. The heating element is turned on when the control panel lights up. $21913-Cosipouf-Comfort-fig $2$$
After switching on, 3 temperature indicator stripes will light up:
- High: 3 indicator stripes +/- 50◦C
- Mid: 2 indicator stripes +/- 45◦C
- Low: 1 indicator stripe +/- 38◦C
- The actual temperature depends on the ambient temperature.
To turn off the Cosipouf, press and hold the control panel for 3 seconds until the control panel light turns off. Are you planning to stop using the Cosipouf for an extended period? Then always disconnect the battery.

Washing the cover

To wash the pouf cover, you will have to remove the cover from the pouf. First, turn off the Cosipouf and disconnect the battery. Open the zipper at the bottom of the pouf and open the Velcro on the side of the pouf. To detach the control panel from the pouf cover, please undo the Velcro. Then carefully remove the cover from the pouf. Store the pouf frame including all components of the heating system in a dry area. The pouf frame and heating system elements cannot and must not be washed or get wet. Wash the cover in accordance with the washing instructions on the label on the cover.

Warranty

Cosi provides a two-year factory warranty on the Cosipoufs. Cosi provides a warranty on the replacement parts (battery and pouf cover) for a period of 1 year after purchase.

The heating system, battery and charger of the Cosipoufs comply with the requirements of other relevant stipulations of the current European RoHS and CE directives 2014/30/EU, 2014/35/EU and 2011/65/EU. The Cosipoufs comply with the requirements of the WEEE directive 2012/19/EU. Do not dispose of the product in your household waste but consult your local waste collection authority for information on collecting electronic waste products.
