Congratulations on your purchase. For the maximum protection and comfort of your child, it is essential that you read through the entire manual carefully and follow all instructions.
The Maxi-Cosi Kore i-Size has been approved in accordance with the latest
European safety standards (ECE R129/03) and is suitable for children from 100
to 150 cm (from approx. 3,5 to 12 years).
Category of your car seat: i-Size booster seat from 100 to 135 cm.
Vehicle-specific booster seat from 135 to 150 cm.
Position of your car seat: forward-facing.
This child restraint is classified for “i-Size & Specific Vehicle” use and is
suitable for fixing into the seat positions shown:

*We recommend you always use your Maxi-Cosi Kore i-Size with the ISOFIX connectors when your vehicle is equipped with it.
SAFETY
General instructions Maxi-Cosi Kore i-Size
- The car seat is for car use only.
- The car seat is developed for intensive use for approximately 10 years.
- We advise checking the expanded polystyrene (EPS) parts regularly for damages.
WARNING:
Check that the child seat is properly installed. It is important for your
child’s safety that you fit the belt correctly. The vehicle belt must be fixed
along with the appropriate markings/ positioning points on the seat. Please
also read the label on the side of the car seat. Never fit the belt in any way
other than as shown. If in any doubt about the correct installation or use of
the system, the user is advised to contact the distributor or the manufacturer
of the child restraining device system.
Maxi-Cosi Kore i-Size in the car
- After purchasing, install the seat in your vehicle. If you encounter any installation problems, contact your distributor immediately (prior to use).
- Use the car seat only on a front-facing seat that is fitted with an automatic or static 3-point belt that has been approved according to the ECE R16 standard or similar. Do NOT use a 2-point belt.
- Remove the car seat headrest if it stops you from adjusting the headrest of the car seat to the desired height.
- Make sure to replace the headrest of the back seat of your vehicle when you remove the car seat.
- The car seat back support cannot be removed to ensure optimum safety.
WARNING:
• The Maxi-Cosi Kore i-Size must only be installed in the car in a forward-
facing position.
Your child in the Maxi-Cosi Kore i-Size
- Make sure the headrest is adjusted to the proper height.
- Tell your child not to play with the seat belt buckle and to keep its head against the headrest.
Maintenance instructions
The EPS parts of the headrest and backrest may not be removed.
