General Safety
Use caution when taking vacuum measurements. Pipes, tubes, and other components of HVACR equipment can be very hot (or very cold) as well as being highly pressurized. Skin and eyes can easily be injured if components are handled without care. Use adequate personal protective equipment when servicing these systems. Check that the system is not pressurized before attaching the vacuum gauge product to a system, as pressures excess of atmospheric pressure can damage the internal sensor.
