Product Usage Instructions
General Safety:
- When using the Wireless Pressure Probes, always exercise caution due to the potential hazards associated with HVACR equipment.
- Ensure you are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment to prevent injury.
Operating Instructions:
Installing Batteries:
- Open the battery door and insert batteries following the correct polarity.
- Close the battery door securely.
Power Probe On/Off:
- To power on, press and hold the POWER button.
- To power off, press and hold the POWER button again.
Navigating the Menu:
- Press and hold the ENTER button to access the menu.
- Use the POWER button to cycle through options.
- Press ENTER to select the highlighted option.
Assigning the Probe Identifier (P number):
- Access the menu by pressing and holding ENTER.
- Use the POWER button to navigate to Pressure #.
- Select the desired number by pressing ENTER.
- The Probe will restart with the new identifier number.
Changing Pressure Units:
- Access the menu and navigate to Units.
- Select the desired unit by pressing ENTER.
Adjust/Reset the Pressure:
- Access the menu and navigate to Calibrate.
- Select Zero Occ to zero the unit.
Using the Probe on a System:
Follow specific system instructions for connecting and using the Wireless Pressure Probes with your HVACR equipment. Ensure proper placement and secure connections for accurate readings.

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing a CLIMATE CLASS Wireless Pressure Probe by JB Industries. This device is capable of accurately measuring pressures in refrigerant/gas-charged systems commonly found in the HVACR industry. These probes can display the pressure readings on an easy-to-view OLED screen. They work alone or wirelessly send information to a JB Industries’ DM4-W Wireless Digital Manifold, an IOS smart device, or an Android smart device through the JB GO V2 or measureQuick® Apps.

DESCRIPTION
Install App on Smart Device
- To install the JB GO V2 or measureQuick® app, scan the QR code (right) or search the App Store/Google Play for JB GO.
- The JB GO V2 App from JB Industries is designed to make working with JB wireless and digital products accurate, fast and efficient. JB wireless and digital products have been designed to help technicians and contractors get accurate readouts while on-site.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Installing Batteries
Power Probe On/Off
- Press and hold POWER button to turn on
- Press and hold POWER button to turn off
Navigating the Menu
- Press and hold ENTER button to enter the menu
- Press POWER button to cycle through the options
- Press ENTER button to select the highlighted option
Screen Icons/Definitions
Retrieving the Version/Revision/Lot #, Serial #
- Press and hold POWER button to turn on
- Read the information displayed on the screen (Displayed at start-up for approximately 4 seconds)
Assigning the Probe Identifier (“P” number)
P1 should be used for the Side
P2 should be used for the High Side
- Press and hold the ENTER button to enter the menu
- Press the POWER button to cycle to “Pressure #”
- Press ENTER button
- Cycle through the numbers and press the ENTER button when the desired number is highlighted
- The Probe will restart and the new Probe identifier number will be used
Colored Bands
The Blue band should be used for the “P1” clamp. The Red band should be used
for the “P2” clamp. Colored bands can be changed out for easy identification.
Simply pull off the band and replace it with the desired color.
Changing Pressure Units
- Press and hold the ENTER button to enter the menu
- Press the POWER button to cycle to “Units,” and then press ENTER button to select continue
- Press the POWER button to cycle through the units and press ENTER button to select the units
Adjust/Reset the Pressure
- Press and hold the ENTER button to enter the menu
- Press the POWER button to cycle to “Calibrate” and press ENTER button
- Press the POWER button to cycle to “Zero Occ” and press ENTER button to zero unit
Using the Probe on a System
- Press and hold the POWER button to turn on the probe
- Secure the probe to a ¼” male flare in the desired area where the pressure is to be measured
USING THE PROBE WITH AN IOS/ANDROID APP
- Visit the Apple Store/Play Store on your device
- Search for JB GO V2 or measureQuick® and install the app
- Once app is installed, tap on app to open
- Turn on the pressure probe
- Tap on the Toolbox Icon in the lower right screen
- All powered-on wireless tools will be displayed
- Tap on the device you want to map to the app based on the tool’s serial number
- Continue mapping additional tools in the same manner
WARRANTY
Climate Class Wireless Pressure Probes are warrantied against defects in
materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. JB products are
guaranteed when used in accordance with our guidelines and recommendations.
Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit at invoice price,
(our option) of products which in our opinion are defective due to workmanship
and/or materials. In no case will we allow charges for labor, expense or
consequential damage. Repairs performed on items out of warranty will be
invoiced on a nominal basis; contact wholesaler for details. Additional
