Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
Q: What should I do if the detector is not detecting motion?
A: Check the jumper pin settings for PIR sensitivity (JP2) and adjust them accordingly. Also, ensure that the detector is mounted within the recommended height range for optimal performance. -
Q: Can I install this detector outdoors?
A: No, outdoor installation is not recommended as it may lead to partial or complete obscuration of the detection area due to environmental factors.
