Product Usage Instructions

Installation Instructions:

1. Mark holes on the wall for the WALL ANCHORS (C), drill holes on the wall and push the WALL ANCHORS (C) into the wall.
2. Attach the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the wall, secure the WOOD SCREWS (B) into the WALL ANCHORS (C).
3. Attach the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (E) to the MOUNTING PLATE (A) and secure with the MOUNTING SCREWS (E).
4. Screw the BULB (G) up into the SOCKET of the fixture. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR MAX 15 WATT TYPE T10-5.5 LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE.
5. Plug the CORD (H) into the wall outlet. Use the SWITCH (F) on the backplate to turn the fixture on and off.
