Product Usage Instructions

To use the NS53E-20 24V50/60HZ Contactor Relay, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Ensure the contactor relay is properly connected to the auxiliary circuits and control circuits.
  2. Make sure the contactor relay is mounted securely in the desired location.
  3. Check that the rated operational voltage and frequency match the requirements of your application.
  4. Verify that the conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) and rated operational current AC-15 (Ie) meet the demands of your system.
  5. For low voltage applications, ensure that the rated short-time withstand current is suitable for your needs.
  6. Consider the maximum electrical switching frequency and rated operational current DC-13 (Ie) to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Take note of the rated insulation voltage (Ui) and rated impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) to guarantee safe operation.
  8. Determine the suitable rated control circuit voltage (Uc) for your specific use case.
  9. Refer to the operate time specifications to understand the response time of the contactor relay.
  10. Make sure to adhere to the connecting capacity requirements for both the auxiliary circuit and control circuit.
  11. Consider the wire stripping length needed for proper installation.
  12. Take into account the degree of protection (IP20) and terminal type (screw terminals) when installing and operating the contactor relay.
  13. Ensure that the ambient air temperature falls within the acceptable range for operation.
  14. Verify the climatic withstand, maximum operating altitude, resistance to vibrations, and resistance to shock to ensure the contactor relay can handle the environmental conditions.
  15. Check the RoHS status for compliance with environmental regulations.
