Installation Steps
- Screw the Mixer Breach onto the Noggin ensuring level alignment.
- Connect hot and cold water supply following the provided instructions.
- Check the centre distance of the breach assembly (120mm or 140mm) and mark the centre line accordingly.
- Create a 25mm hole and a 45mm hole on the cement sheet and tiles as directed.
- Adjust the range from the finished face of the tiles to the noggin to be between 45mm and 65mm.
- Apply Teflon tape to the Elbow Thread before pushing the dress plate into position.
- Screw the Spout Adaptor to the Elbow Thread using a spanner or= Allen Key.
- Secure the Wall Outlet by pushing it onto the spout adaptor and fastening Grub Screws.
- Fit the Mixer Handle into position and tighten the Grub Screw to secure it. Place the Screw Cap into position.
Maintenance and Care
- Clean the product with mild liquid detergent or soap and water.
- Avoid using cream cleaners or citrus-based products as they are abrasive.
- Using unsuitable cleaning agents may damage the surface, not covered under warranty.

Q: What should I do if the pressure exceeds 550kpa?
A: An approved pressure-limiting device must be installed to prevent damage
and maintain warranty coverage.

Screw the Mixer Breach onto Noggin.
Ensure that the Outlet and Mixer Body centres are level. -
Connect hot and cold water supply, as shown.
Test and check for leaks. -
Check centre distance of the breach assembly for 120mm or 140mm size.
- Mark centre line according to measured result.
- Create a 25mm hole and a 45mm hole on the cement sheet and tiles, as shown.
- Centre Distance : 120mm or 140mm

Remove the protective cover from the mixer. Apply Teflon tape to Elbow Thread.
Gently push the dress plate into position.
Screw Spout Adaptor to Elbow Thread with a spanner or Allen Key. -
Push Wall Outlet to the spout adaptor and fasten Grub Screws to secure Wall Outlet.
Fit Mixer Handle into position and tighten Grub Screw to secure handle.
Fit Screw Cap into position.
NOTE:=
- If the pressure exceeds or is likely to exceed 550kpa, an approved pressure limiting device must be installed.
- Flush out all pipe work prior to installation.
- If the water temperature exceeds 75°C, an approved tempering valve must be fitted.
- Installation should comply with Australian standard AS3500.1 or relevant local authority requirements.
Showers may not be suitable for use with in
- Gravity-fed water systems
- Some instantaneous hot water systems; or
- Pressure supply less than 150kPa;
NOTE: The 500kPa maximum water supply pressure does not apply to fire service outlets.
