TECHNICAL FACTS
- Suitable for production/repair/maintenance/assembly companies as well as pipeline/metal/railing/machine/plant and container construction
- Digital display for welding current (A) and special functions
- Option of setting the complete TIG cycle incl. spot welding/pulse/2-cycle/4-cycle and repeat function
- DC direct current, AC square waveform, AC sine waveform selection
- UP/DOWN current control at the TIG hose package by means of push button +/- 20 A, optionally also stepless 0max. Amps via potentiometer
- The pulse frequency is adjustable from 0.3-999 Hz and the balance from 5-95%, this allows for a better weld pool control, reduced heat input or deeper penetration
- Furthermore, the AC balance (+/-5) and the AC frequency (50-250 Hz) can be used to affect the cleaning effect and arc concentration during aluminium welding
- PFC TECHNOLOGY (Power Factor Correction): Ensures a stable welding process even in the case of fluctuating mains voltage without negative effect on the welding arc
- MULTIVOLTAGE: Design ensures wide range of applications, even abroad
- Energy-saving, low open-circuit voltage, thermally controlled fan
- The high efficiency meets the strict EU standards for environmentally friendly design
- HOT START+ (adjustable 0-100%): Ignition current increase ensures better arc ignition
- ARC FORCE+ (adjustable 0-100%): Increase in welding current when approaching the workpiece too closely to prevent sticking of the rod electrode as well as more uniform welding and deeper penetration
- ANTI STICK: Automatic welding current reduction in case of sticking of the electrode to prevent annealing and to be able to detach them more easily
- JOB Function: 9 welding programmes can be stored
- GEN POWER: Operation possible by means of voltage-regulated current generator
- EXTENSION: Can be used with up to 100 m extension cable (3 x 2.5 mm²)
